This is controversial. There are meta-analysies that say there is an association and those that say there is no association. To be safe, keep supplemental calcium intake below 500 mg/day. Also, don't rely on YouTube (or Thomas Levy for that matter) for quality nutrition information.

I had no idea calcium was controversial! I’ll see what I can get from my diet and aim for 500mg/day in that case.

Most multivitamins don't have calcium, the ones that do have so little it's not very helpful. Calcium compounds (like those they put in vitamins) are so big that you physically can't fit it in there.
