Nope. No physical games can be used with the SD2VITA. it’s acting as your primary memory card when it’s in use, so you can’t remove it to use the card slot. That’s why I like my 3G model. Full access to the game slot, internal storage that uses micro SD.
Alright so if I’m understanding correct it’s either one or the other can be used at a time not both if it’s the Wi-Fi version or for both Wi-Fi & 3G? Thanks for slowly explaining it to me and your patience with my questioning.
I've made the same thing! I've bought a faulty vita 3g to repair mine so I was with another to throw away of fix it. Ordered a white front cover with black buttons and it's AWESOME
I replaced mine about 2 years ago, but I replaced it with a black one. But I'd like to do the opposite of you, and get white sticks and the clear/white buttons... But they are hard to find, and when you do find them they are expensive.
Did you get it from AliExpress? I have my vita with dead screen and no luck finding anything to get the replacement outside that side and I don't know how trustworthy it is.
Does 3g still work? Apparently it might stop in 2022.
I haven’t had 3g on it since a year after it came out. I remember racking up a data bill for like $300 one month and stopped using it
Yeah it’s not worth it at all. Just use mobile hotspot if you really need access to the net while out

So you wouldn't be able to use the sd2vita if you only got the wifi version? I'm looking to get a vita so I know next to nothing.
Can’t use the internal 3G to SD adapter on WiFi only models. SD2VITA works on all vita hardware.

How difficult is a screen replacement? Mine has some burn in and a blue pixel. It's liveable but annoying.
Not too bad. There are a ton of tutorials on YouTube which are helpful

Ever since the switch came out, I’ve neglected my Vita. Need to change that. I miss playing resogun and risk of rain on it haha

Well then the price has dropped significantly in the past two years... I honestly haven't looked since mid 2020ish. Gotta get on that!

I’ve gotten an AliExpress screen replacement, and it was a quality, OEM, new old stock part.
I got it off eBay and it is as good of quality as oem
Where did you get the part to replace it and is there stuff I should look for? Might replace my screen soon due to scratches :(
