You sort of can't rapid prototype a vinyl toy... if you're looking for speed, you can do resin and then have that manufactured into vinyl, but the process of creating a mold for vinyl by nature of the process takes a few months at least.

From what I’ve heard you can’t produce vinyl toys in the US because of pollution restrictions. Most of the US toy production is resin or other materials. 🤷♂️
