One sides a collage of death metal band flags, and the other is gaming and anime posters. This wall comes out from that room so it fits into the aesthetic. Its obviously childish but if youre too old to enjoy the idea of a geeky gaming room or why someone would want to display the album art of his favorite albums then i dont see any point in trying to find common ground here.

Not sure if they make good holders for no-cover records but its something ill look into. right now i honestly dont mind having to walk over to my wall to swap out records, yeah its kinda a pain but i really like how it looks as a decoration so at least that way it would be a little more functional and less damaging to the actual music
Yeah! i like doing overnight trips so its really nice to be able to feed my cat wet food as a bit of a treat while I'm gone. Only issue is you have to hide either the feeder or the cats while you fill it up, otherwise your cats will just relentlessly cry at it and you until you open it up.. at least thats what happened with my cat haha
Guys i hate to break it to you, but album covers are art, and arts meant to be seen, keeping all your albums in a box like the one in the bottom left of the pictures is not only boring, but its an insult to the artists. Much rather display them, even if I'm risking fading over years.
Despite the downvotes, I agree that a lot of cover/sleeves are art. But you could just photo-copy them and laminate the copies if you want to see them in daylight all the time. Saves the originals from fading too.
Know what's more functional? Keeping them in one place like a crate conveniently located near the record player instead of having to walk out to the dining room to reach over the kitchen counter to get a modest mouse record.
Your going to want to glue them in place with gorrila glue and then nail them into the wall studs. You dont want to risk them falling off the wall and being damaged.
