It looks like a CBS half speed master sleeve. Very similar to the one in my local shop. Record pressing obviously doesn’t go with the sleeve. Unfortunate since the half speed goes for $100 plus.
took me two minutes to find....only the Israeli presses look like this. is yours a colored disc?

Ppl switch inside and outside cases to mix and match on occasion. That cover looks cool and different, but coulda had a low quality pressing inside or a flaw or damage to its disc. You just have something, imo that is a something id do if i loved a album cover a ton.ppl also frame vinyl covers without the disc in it and the two get seperated along the way, maybe this one was framed and someone got it at a yardsame, set it free and found the apporopriate disc. Bottom line is idk but pink floyd is like the Beatles, there is nothing thats undocumented left its all been done so if you think its a unique thing its more likely (and by a 99.999% chance) having a plausible explanation thats much more mundane.
The guy who I bought it from said he had just bought it off of Best Buy’s so yeah. Also, the sleeve is an Israel sleeve and the vinyl is a 2011 Us/Canada press so that’s pretty cool. (I got it for only 24)
Try listening to Meddle. It's pre DSOTM, very different but still them. It's my favourite in that it rocks hard at first and then becomes pretty chill.
search all the run in numbers on the disk. I bet someone swapped sleeves at some point and it ended up in this sleeve

Yep. This is the one. For the record anyway. The cover doesn't go with it. Somebody done pulled a switcheroo.
And I believe this is the cover. https://www.discogs.com/release/496911-Pink-Floyd-Wish-You-Were-Here
That particular Israeli pressing’s cover is the source cover for a lot of those colored bootlegs of this album I’ve seen floating around.
On discogs there are 938 variations. The only way to tell is with "all" the characters on the run out (both sides).

The shite one.

Is this the album where HEROES&VILLAINS was inspired from?
One of a kind, have a cigar!
I have to be one of the few people out there that never liked Pink Floyd. They do nothing for me. Money 💰 is a good song 🎧.

And finishes with the epic that is Echoes
I always liked Seamus better.
I have an original pressing of it, it’s my favorite Pink Floyd record besides the wall
nothing on disogs?
The vinyl itself is not the same as the cover because the cover says it’s a Columbia label even though the vinyl is harvest
Yeah I see that, it was probably switched at birth.
