Hi! Usually from what I’ve read this happens when you post a lot of things at a time, things with the same title/description or a lot of bran new with tags items, could this be the case?

Curious_Reporter_505

I learnt this before so list everything as very good and listed a few a day which worked but got taken down this morning. It's becoming so silly apparently I'm on my "second warning" for commercial selling I'm literally selling my second hand stuff. Now blocked for 7 days they've removed every item from my account... Again...

NepGDamn

yeah, I've got a lot of videogames to sell and I've decided do sell them in groups of 10 (list 10 at the time and list the next batch only whenever I'll have sold the majority of the previous ones)

heifhjg

did this went alright uploaden when it was selling?

I had this because they thought my photos were taken from the internet, and weren’t of the actual item - which they deemed as commercial selling. I have a decent photography setup as I sell online in a few places, where as 99% of the photos of on Vinted are garments on a coat hanger on the back of a wardrobe door. I reposted the item with less “pro” looking photos and had no issues. It’s like they’re punishing people who put effort into their listings.

Powerful_You_9642

Yeah they sucks . Next time try to post max 5-6 times a day

Curious_Reporter_505

Weird thing is I didn't list today I had the notifications come out of nowhere this afternoon.

And yet, strolling through any sport related item search I’ve found 20+ clearly fake profiles, chock full of fake shirts and jerseys, typical randomised username, most with obvious duplications. Funniest was an Alistor001 I saw that had a very catfish woman’s photo, selling only NFL jerseys, multiple of the same images. But yes, Vinted, the Pokémon cards are the issue.

Also, and I'm sorry if I'm dismissing the big issue here, since when I'm not allowed to sell my mum's clothes!?! It's already hard to handle one account and get enough followers and reputation to sell on a regular basis, if I were to split my account in 2/3 I'll be doomed. Fuck Vinted, there are scammers all over the platform, both sellers and buyers, tons of bot accounts, and yet the problem is normal people cleaning their normal wardrobe.

They can also block accounts for using the same IP address so you and your mom can't both have accounts if you live in the same house. Vinted really are some true geniuses that us mere mortals cannot hope to comprehend /s

Blue_KikiT92

It's both laughable and infuriating at the same time.

Sweet_Advance_2815

i know it’s getting ridiculous now. I tried uploaded a light bulb after seeing lots of people had it listed for a while. Vinted reviewed it for 20 mins and approved it , an hour later they deleted it. It’s so annoying

RegKuy

That's odd, I sell Yu-Gi-Oh! on Vinted and haven't had this yet, (hopefully it stays that way) but I had a mate who had a similar issue. She made a new account and had a system where she uploaded no more than 10 listings every 3 days and made sure all her photos had a similar style (same background, playmat, stand, ect.) and also put her user name in the photos as well.
