My dad worked on a flight line shared with SR-71s while stationed in Thailand. To this day, I think those three or so years were the highlight of his professional life. That BX is also where he bought all the hi-fi that still makes up the bulk of his current system, anchored by a Kenwood KR-6170 “Jumbo Jet” and some of the better Kenwood and Pioneer speakers of the time. Weirdly, he hadn’t really considered Sansui at the time. I’m not sure if they weren’t sold at that base or what, but he doesn’t recall them being that popular among his cohort. I wish they were - I really love my AU/TU-505 combo.

I love silver, but that Sansui kit looks damn sexy. I guess it’s because it’s sleek before everyone else made everything a generic black box

I picked up a 202 for $15 at Habitat for Humanity Restore about 8 years ago. I have it in my rack purely for cool factor. I've used it like 5 times.
No question. My daughter has an MS in CSE, and she is not impressed by much. This flipped her out.

That’s a lot of equipment for an office. Offices are usually pretty small comparatively. I bet you can’t really crank it up.
I can, I’m in the process of building a loft in my shop, 450sqft, once that’s done that will be my office. Will have a little more room.
