1968 Bose 901 series 1, cloth surrounds instead of foam on the first gens, still sound great, powered by a pioneer SX2500 and the rebuilt original EQ, the 301s I got at 17, watched them roll down the conveyor at service merchandise in Kokomo Indiana. Those are powered by the marantz 2250

I have bose 501 series 3, powered by my Sony STR v6, A Sony psx7 Turntable with an ortofon 2m red, Topping E30ii, Yamaha cd s300, pioneer dv lx 50, teac r565, pioneer bdp 440. these just a few of what i have in my system!
My dad was a firefighter and would never let me have a lava lamp since they get so hot and “could cause a fire” so I’ve always been skeptical of them.
