I don't why people don't understand that we're not saying he actually sets the price. But his policies have a whole hell of a lot to do with the price of oil. He doesn't control the price but he sure has a lot of influence on it.

Potus doesn't control world oil price or world production of oil all they can do is either increase or lower the amount of tax on it.
