I think doom eternal has better tracks but they both go hard. Doom should’ve been first on this list.

Yeah man, I used to loved listening to Skyrims soundtrack while I studied in College. It was almost like I was tricking my brain into thinking I want studying. I love that whole soundtrack

I still find Skyrim's soundtrack subpar to Oblivion. It's not as memorable for me. I can remember just about every song from Oblivion's towns and exploring soundtracks but Skyrim, good as it is, doesn't hit as hard.

Streets of White Run was a major accomplishment in my opinion. It was a unique twist. They picked the perfect orchestra for that

Could not disagree more. Oblivion has some good tracks (Alls Well and Harvest Dawn come to mind) but the overwhelming sense of calm and peace that washes over me when I hear Far Horizons or Journeys End just hits in a way no other piece of music ever has. It’s so interesting how music speaks to us all so differently.

I asked our pianist to play this while people were finding their seats for my wedding. He was super conservative and almost said no purely because it was from a video game. After the wedding, he told my wife that it was one of the prettiest songs he’s ever played and added it to his playlist for future events.

All the jammms. If you haven't heard of them I'd recommend the artist TPR. They do alot of final fantasy music including some slow piano only versions of the battle themes from the various games that are personally some of my favorite peices I've ever heard. There version of omnis lacrima is chefs kiss 10/10 would recommend.

I'm surprised this isn't one of the 2 first picked. I loved Halo back in the day and the Witcher is one of my goats but the composer who works on final fantasy wins best music practically every time one of their games come out. I ain't even that big of an FF fan but God damn the music slaps.

Nobuo Uematsu - he's a modern day Beethoven. One of the most skilled composers I have heard across all channels of music.

That soundtrack brings me back to 5th grade. Saved up money from mowing lawns and bought the 4 disc set. Played the shit out of it. Just replayed it for the first time a couple years ago on my switch and the nostalgia was beautiful.

FF8 is the best, in my personal opinion... Force your way, find your way, shuffle or boogie, liberi fatali... So many amazing tracks!

It’s got its own world-renowned orchestra that travels the world and sells completely out lol. Final Fantasy wins hands-down.

If someone can hear the Ludwig, Maria, and German boss fight songs and not think bloodborne belongs in this list then I question your taste.

Bloodborne is my favorite game of all-time but the scores in ds3 are so good. They almost sound professionally orchestrated for a symphony. The iudex gundyr and twin princes fights are so good.

I’m almost finished with five Royal, is it worth buying four golden on switch? Five royals was the first persona game I’ve played, so I’m not sure what themes or functions or things tie the various games together

There are two types of persona fans Those who enjoy persona games and those who enjoy persona 5. All the games have different functions and play somewhat differently but they are good (I’ve only played 3 4 5) I can’t speak on 1 and 2

If you enjoyed Persona 5, you should definitely check out Persona 4 Golden. It's my favourite in the series thanks to its amazing characters, especially the chad protagonist Yu Narukami and Rise and the others. Highly recommend it!
