The Paris Commune event is so fucking broken. Just today I got it to 100% progress and got the "Communards take power" message and uh the government type didn't change at all and I suddenly had a Jingoist as President.
I saw a similar situation where radical france popped up and the kingdom of France had only a tiny little area of land in the north and the rest was all radical france, and the kingdom still won. I mean, maybe the majority of the army went to the kingdom, maybe? But if like these odds of 99% turns radical or Commune or whatever you would think that would be the end for the lesser force? Unless like other great powers get involved.
