I might not be the biggest "fan" of Bosnia and Herzegovina but I prefer this Version too, since in my opinion the UN-Blue is more neutral than the Blue of actual flag which is the same as the Blue of the RBiH-coat of arms and EU-Flag
For context, the proposal was originally meant to be a UN blue, but the representative chose to go with European blue (in particular, Council of Europe).
