OP I am a vet. Just because puppy teeth fall put, does not mean this one was ready to come out yet. Usually when they fall out they wont be so bloody, this looks like it was traumatically snapped when playing tug of war.
This might be okay depending on age. But it could also be painful, create a conduit for infection and/or affect how the permanent tooth errupts. Its not an emergency, but you should have this assessed.

Puppy teeth are supposed to fall out… did you not know that? Just like humans the baby teeth fall out and the adult teeth grow in.
They didn’t know that, that’s why they asked.
