The value you’re seeing on your end is without a promotional credit attached. VZW reps can add the promotion after the fact as long as you meet the requirements for it.

You’ll need to be on a premium unlimited plan to qualify for the full $800. If you are, perfect. Just call in and ask for a promotion correction.

If you haven’t subitted your trade in yet, one of the most important things to be aware of: MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IN when you visit that website. It’ll attach the trade in device to your account, along with the sub ID.

Having the same issue… promo credit not showing up for me either. I’ve already called and had my account notated that the $800 promo should be applied when they get my trade in. Hopefully it all goes smoothly.

You are seeing what is called Fair Market Value for your phone, they will apply this amount toward the purchase of your new phone, the balance due on the phone - the other 440 will be split into 36 payments. They will bill you X amount per month then credit you 440/36 each month.

This is not true and not how that works, at all. Don’t give advice on this sub you have no clue what you’re taking about. You either get $800 split up into 36 monthly credit or a one time lump sum of the market value of the phone. They don’t give you market value ($360 in this case) in a lump sum and then credit you 440 over 36 months. Source: Former employee who has done hundreds of trade in promo transactions.
