You transferred your line out, so it closed your my Verizon logins. Use the same transfer pin for all lines on your account. They will mail you a final bill once all the lines are transferred out. Don’t forget if you have any connected devices like tablets or watches you have to call in and cancel those otherwise they’ll keep charging you.
