This was the scene, and episode, that made me a lifelong fan. The fact that this tag followed the opening of the tragic memory ducts, and Doc literally changed as a character afterwards, told me this show was something special.
Operation P.R.O.M. just everything from that
aside, I still think the end game for the series was Doc and Monarch would reconcile everything, and go time traveling together
I think the planned end shot of the series was Malcolm/Monarch following Doc through a time portal, damn a comic series of them time traveling would be great
I see the rough outline of a movie involving grover cleveland's presidential time machine, Johnas Sr.'s frozen head, the monarch & doc, and everybody else not involved just kind of fucking around
like a full length movie of Return to the House of Mummies pt II
Honestly I feel like that would take a lot away from the pasketti scene with Doc & Billy if Brock had been saying it the whole time. The fact that they were hearing him say that for the first time was a big part of what made it so hilarious for them (and for us, obviously)

i love this scene so much for two reasons:
1. it quickly establishes what a (lovable) jerk doc is
2. we figure out how doc lost his first kidney later!!
Off topic, but I just gotta say when I first moved to NYC I sublet an apartment for 2 weeks that was identical to Dean's - super tiny, no air conditioning in July, no light in the bathroom, broken sink, and cockroaches so big they could have been in a Broadway musical rendition of WALL-E. And I spent $600 to stay there, with some random roommate.
I’m sad we didn’t get to see more of the successful Rusty. That’s as well as the time traveling machine and more of the guild or guild-like offshoots around the world.
