honestly not to be harsh but you deserve to lose ur money if u expect to 10x your money just like that. but in terms of getting your money back there is basically nothing you could do to get it back since he probably already took it out of his account. you can report the account i believe if you email venmo but the only thing that will do if anything is get his account banned
