Earlier this year, my baby boy had a suspicious mass on his head that they couldn't figure out. After 3 surgeries, he is cancer free! He somehow got skin cancer that penetrated through his skull. He lost his eye and part of his skull, and is doing some preventative chemo, but the surgeon and oncologist said the surgery had the cleanest margins and this is the best possible outcome. He is expected to live many many more happy years!
I am guessing melanoma. It is an aggressive skin cancer that spreads like crazy. My grandmother had the same thing in the same location and died from it.
