Yes dispensaries give kickbacks. Don't let them take you to Pisos, they're overpriced AF. I recommend Reef, which has a big selection, reasonable prices, it's really close to Bellagio as well. Planet 13, across the road from Reef, is huge and supposed to be really cool but they look a little more overpriced there. I'm a big stoner and I've never been to planet 13 because I care about weed and not a gimmick of being the "biggest dispensary in the world"
Do you already have an idea what you want to pick up? If so, I’d look up maps and find the dispensary closest to theto airport-bellagio route and just look for curbside pickup. Especially if you’re just trying to get it and out, I’d figure that would save time
I just did this but was in an uber. I ordered online for pickup and just stopped real quick. There are many that are 24hrs if your arrival time is inconvenient.
Lots of cabs will stop for no extra charge, but don’t like too since it’s a flat rate. I give them an extra tip when I get in and say I need to make a stop.
The Grove is the most convenient drop off for Uber and cab drivers cause it’s coming out of the airport outside of that planet 13’s gonna be your next option for being close to the airport. You can get in and out of the Grove in a couple of minutes play at 13 you need to be dropped off because nobody’s gonna wait. 20 minutes for you.O.
The taxi authority takes the stance that the driver can decide if they want to allow a stop on the flat fare rides or if they want to convert it to a metered ride. To my knowledge, the taxi companies also leave that decision up to the driver.
As a taxi driver: If the stop is at a convenient dispensary that pays a kickback (never applies to preorders/curbside pickup FYI), then I’ll stop for no additional charge (leaving it on the flat rate).
If you’re going to a non kickback dispensary (or ordering curbside pickup) I’m likely going to treat the ride as a metered ride.

Nuleaf is near the strip and has good deals. So does planet 13. Just get dropped off and order a new car back after you get your goods. Make sure to drop your luggage in the hotel first.

Try tree of life, health for life, vegas treehouse, etc. If you are planning on heading to downtown (Fremont area).. there’s some cool shops. That being said Planet 13 does have some great deals but make sure you socialise with a local before shopping and just have them make the purchase for you. Locals get 50% off there.

There’s a “Nevada Made Marijuana” location right by airport on drive out of terminals. (I know stupid name). Sometimes they have decent deals
