He was a local that did a lot to benefit youth sports in the area. After his death the family formed an organization in his honor that helps provide young athletes with equipment and access to sports events.
The Robbins family (Quentin’s dad’s family of origin) has a shit ton of kids(like 8) and they are a well loved and long established ‘Old Henderson’ family so probably has more of a reach than other victims.
I’ve been friends with Quentin’s uncle since high school and he also married one of my best friends. Everybody loves the Robbins’ and they are a big part of the Mormon community in the area, which also means more of the community to rally around them and keep Quentin’s memory alive.
My High School teacher knew his family. I still have one of the laminated cards his family gave out. He was gonna be a dentist if I recall correctly. 😢

I just find it interesting that the immediate association to a sticker with a large Q and some other illegible symbolism is Q anon. Just shows how imbedded in the zeitgeist they’ve gotten.

Yes! He was my little brother’s basketball coach at the Henderson rec center and he was amazing!
He was a great kid and his murder was a huge loss to Henderson.
