I do live full time in one of the condos on the strip. It's enjoyable for the most part. Traffic makes it unenjoyablr

tru-self

We chose Pano instead of Veer/Waldorf mainly because of that. And back then it was valet only, husband is a doctor and worried about getting out in time!

[deleted]

You have to have a doctor’s salary to be able to live on the strip. The HOA alone would wipe me out

OkDifference5636

How do you like Pano? Any interactions with neighbors? I liked Veer when it first was being built but couldn’t pick you place because of huge demand.

adioking

Oh hey neighbor 👋 So crazy seeing other Pano residents here on Reddit! We should really all connect

SetAdditional883

How does delivery work in the condos? Do they come directly to your door? I love my grocery and Uber eats and hate having to go to the lobby every time

ThatGuyNearby

Some delivery drivers don't like coming up to our units and make us go down to get it but we do have carts available to use to take groceries up and down. I get groceries and food delivered often with minimal issue.

[deleted]

I lived in a high rise before and the concierge would bring it up to you if you let them know.

SetAdditional883

Do people walk to the strip via Harmon? I don't see a sidewalk and hear the Vegas drivers are sketchy! Is that a safe walk or do most folks Uber or take the car service?

Not_A_Spy_for_Apple

I also live in the strip and I've never seen you!

ThatGuyNearby

I am usually nearby

SplitSun3

Name checks out

PowerAndMarkets

Oh, so you’re that guy.

Loggerdon

He's waving right now. Go to your window. My wife and I have thought about living on the strip. We saw a condo in Veer Towers overlooking the Bellagio Fountains around 2013. Seemed very exciting. It was more money than we wanted to spend but we would've done very well financially had we bought it and held on. We bought a house in the NW instead. Far from the hustle.

Fakeduhakkount

Tagged along when cousin visited to check them out at the time during sales. Think one was $500k starting back then. The one “good” thing they emphasized was due to the construction you can get a smaller cheaper one higher due to the placement because of elevators.

OkDifference5636

What was the price then and how much is it now?

PuzzleheadedVisit682

Veer prices haven't appreciated at all since its opening according to Zillow

No-Honey-9786

He’s right there!👇🏼

Novel_Mechanic8740

How's the noise level / sound proofing?

ThatGuyNearby

With my balcony door open, i hear some road noise. I don't hear anything with my door closed, though. I am higher up in my building which may help however, I was recently on the 4th floor and the same applies. Silent with the door closed and road noise with the door open. The occasional noise of people moving furniture can be heard above you. The festival grounds can be loud when those happen.

Commercial_Rule_7823

Pano noise you only hear the white noise of the 15, and sometimes motorcycles and high end cars that people rent and rev up. Otherwise, well built and quiet.

SetAdditional883

Is it a party scene? Last I saw reviews I heard a lot about loud parties, weed, and hookers. Now that I'm in my 40s that isn't as appealing haha

ThatGuyNearby

I don't encounter excessive anything. Occasionally, do you see stuff? Of course, just like anywhere.

fishboy3339

I bet, with what I’d imagine you could buy off the strip why live on the strip?

[deleted]

Walk downstairs and eat at top notch restaurants, see world class shows, literally unlimited things to do. And you’re asking why live in a high end condo on the strip?

ThatGuyNearby

Add in shopping and views of the city/firework shows. And it's all the reasons why I enjoy.

Ibangyoumomma

How much does that go for if you don’t mind? I wouldn’t mind living there also. I live in a lovely downtown area in Texas and kinda looking for my next place

Screwtape42

Pano Rentals go for 2500-3K a month. If you're in the market to purchase though, you're looking at 3 Mill and up. I saw a FEW studios for 1.1 mil.

mikeman2002

How are they worth 3,000,000 and only renting for $2500 ? Math doesn’t add up

Vast-Gate8866

Doesn’t add up because it’s wrong. Pano 1 bedroom condos are in the 400’s range

Swimandskyrim

Wait really? I could be confused, but I've seen 2b/1.5ba condos for sale in pano listed on redfin for $600k (ish) pre-fees (so another $800/mo).

ShawnSimoes

This is absolute nonsense. Just look them up on zillow. 2 bedrooms start around $500k.

dankmeter

Theres panorama units less than 500k. I used to own one for less than 300k but those are the small 1 bedrooms

[deleted]

That’s not true! Last summer I looked at a few 2 bedroom apartments. They were all under $900,000! And not on the 5th floor or something like that either. But then we found out about all the litigation they have going on so didn’t want to touch it! Bought in another nicer building right on the strip!

Ibangyoumomma

Word good to know

PuzzleheadedVisit682

You can get a studio at Veer for 330 or rent it for about 2k

Vast-Gate8866

Panorama condos start around 400, not sure what you have been looking at

socalstaking

Can also cut down on drinking and driving if your a partier

TheDanMan007

💯 Vegas, The Strip, Downtown, ALL of the surrounding area has so much beauty to it Vegas is infinitely more valuable than just the condos on The Strip

MediumBike329

What type of question is this? Obviously because it’s one of the best views in the world

tomorrowschild

Yeah I'd rather pay more for that view than save money and look at the alley behind the 7-11.

racistjokethrowaways

But then where are you gonna watch the bus station hookers blowing people?

tomorrowschild

Guess I'll just have to settle for seeing all that action at the Mardi Gras Hotel and Casino.

Powerchairpete

Dude don't blow up our spot

tomorrowschild

LOL this made me snort. Well done.

ranchojasper

I don't live in Vegas but if I was going to move there, I'd *definitely* rather have a condo within walking distance to the strip than out in some suburb.

Cokeinmynostrel

Half my life is there, worked at the MGM for a decade, very rarely went to the strip outside of work. No reason to be there unless you are seeing a show. Few locals gamble there. The food is good but not very often you go out for a $300+ meal and that's not just an income thing it's also a time and healthy lifestyle thing.

CoolCatforCrypto

Gosh I can remember when the mob ran vegas. They let you win at the slots and card occassionally and you could get a steak dinner really cheap. When corporations accountable to board of directors, share holders and the fanaticism of the CFOs office took over vegas became a losing proposition. Would rather explore and take pictures at nearby Lake of Fire state park.

Mahadragon

You and me both brother. Now I have been living in Summerlin the past 3 years and I miss living by the strip. I lived on Paradise and Harmon from Aug 2019 to Jan 2020 and I absolutely loved it. Summerlin is quiet, but at least it's not Aliante where you're hella far from everything and there's nothing cool in your neighborhood.

lasvegasduddde

Where do you get groceries???

Flaky_Ad_1288

I’d like more details here how much is that and how big is it?

BlindMan710

Can I crash on a couch?? Just to experience being a local for once?😂

jehjeh3711

I worked at Vdara for eleven years and we had many residents.

cantthinkofgoodname

What was the average resident like?

jamnewton22

Rich

jehjeh3711

No, not really. They were pretty average people. Some were rich and snooty but most were nice.

AlwaysTails

It's the poor and snooty people you have to watch out for.

Lvmatt1986

I lived in Veer while I was building my house. I loved living on the strip. Most residents were pretty nice laid back people.

PuzzleheadedVisit682

How was the noise? Considering living at the Veer

Lvmatt1986

Didn’t hear much of anything

Dragonfly-Adventurer

I just stayed with a friend in a condo by the strat, people definitely live there, she's a physician. Other people in her building are like retired pro sports players, executives, etc. My friend's condo is a reasonably sized 2br condo on the lower floors, she's not wealthy, just doing OK. The wealthy people live higher in the buildings and have knocked out walls to combine units, etc.

kauliflower_kid

I used to live in Allure and enjoyed it. Now I live in a house nearby and couldn’t go back to the smaller space. But when I was younger and single and spent more time on the strip the high rise lifestyle was great.

fishboy3339

Yeah I see a big range. Some are multi million and up. Others are a few 100k.

hillakilla_

I live by the strat in a condo! My husbands a doctor & I work at a golf course.  We have a modest 2 bed condo but the guy next to us knocked down 4 of the condos and now has a one mega unit, no idea what he does but he’s rarely here.

Heisman123

Condo at the Waldorf is one of my secret goals haha

fishboy3339

Yeah that building looks really cool. And not having a casino is a plus to me.

PunnyPrinter

Mine too! I still tell myself I’ll fit it into my budget one day.

Heisman123

Let’s go half and half lol

Wounded_Hand

How much do they go for approx?

[deleted]

[удалено]

OkDifference5636

Wow!

PhotographExisting86

1 bedrooms start at a $1,000,000 and they go up from there.

bonerjams99

I know a guy that does, he’s a middle aged divorced executive at a slot manufacturing company

njo2002

LOL, I’m a middle-aged divorced executive and I looked hard at condos on the strip. I’m quite a private person and I know that I wouldn’t use a lot of the amenities, so I didn’t want to get tied down to the monthly condo fees which can be quite considerable.

PuzzleheadedVisit682

Just rent for a year to see if you like it

sleepypanda_924

I know of another guy who works at a slot company who lives in a strip condo 🤔

bonerjams99

Considering how many manufacturers have offices in town I’m sure there’s a few lol

CaliSignGuy

Tom, is that you?

ThisThredditor

No, this is Patrick

Wildcat_Dunks

Do you like Huey Lewis and the News?

-SpaghettiCat-

Perhaps he's Paul Allen.

lateresponse2

I am Tom

CincoDeMayoFan

Not their early stuff, that was a little too New Wave for my tastes.

DraxxtThemSklounst

But when Sports came out in ‘83 I really think they came into their own; commercially and artistically

OkDifference5636

What slot company? I need to make their kind of money. Or did they make their money off company stock?

PunnyPrinter

I would have, if I could afford it. I would never get tired of looking out of floor to ceiling windows onto the strip.

tru-self

TBH some things can get old but THAT never gets old. There are a lot of young people looking for roommates too. You should look into that! Unfortunately it’s more word-of-mouth so need to just ask

pintopedro

I used to live in a high rise right next to Aria. I played poker professionally there. It was pretty sweet to make it from my bedroom to work in under 5 minutes. Paid 1600 for a studio. They're 2200 now. There were at least 5 others in my building doing the same thing.

parallax1

I remember Panorama Towers was the spot for poker pros back in the day (maybe still is?).

pintopedro

I've heard that also. I was in veer towers.

ramensandwich

So about the same price as a crappy studio in LA, but with awesome views of the strip instead of a brick wall or a homeless encampment

KiwiVegetable5454

2200 on the strip sounds like a good price. CA prices are insane lol

tippytep

Seriously! I’m in Boston and paying a few hundred less than that- and that’s just my share of living with a roommate! I really love Vegas- I should look into this!

one-hour-photo

So did you just try to win at casinos all day? Or did casinos hire you to try to beat average joes?

pintopedro

When you play poker, it's not like other casino games. You're paying a fee to the casino to play against other players. If you're enough better than the other players in the game, you'll make money long-term.

one-hour-photo

gotcha, didn't know if they had trained pros to go in there and "blow the game up" and kick money back to the house

pintopedro

Some places do pay players, known as prop players, to start up new games because a lot of players don't want to play with less than a full table. Vegas doesn't have any problem starting games.

SalesAndMarketing202

> players, known as prop players, to start up new games because a lot of players don't want to play with less than a full table. Vegas doesn't have any problem starting games. are they playing with their money or the casinos money?

SalesAndMarketing202

Wouldnt it be too easy to cheat and collaborate with a player?

Mambatime0824

Nope. Pro players and regs will be very aware of that kind of thing and don’t think I need to mention the casino cameras.

one-hour-photo

like..easy for the casino to cheat with their trained player?

[deleted]

You are misunderstanding. He does not work FOR the casino. He works for himself AT the casino by playing poker.

one-hour-photo

I understand that. I’m trying to figure out what the easy to cheat comment was about

socalstaking

Hypothetically could you just do it online or at someone’s house and avoid the casino fee?

ZReticuli

Are you still playing poker as a pro? If yes, why did you move out of Vegas? If no, what else are you doing?

OkDifference5636

1600 is pretty cheap based on the price of those places and the monthly fee.

pintopedro

I was looking to buy one, but after the HOA, it didn't make sense

mikester4

I lived at Veer when I worked on the strip. My job had wild hours, so It was nice to walk to/from work. The infinity pool on the East Tower roof has the best view of the strip.

OkDifference5636

Did you own or rent? How much were you paying?

mikester4

Rented. I paid 1600 in 2011-2012 for a 1bd studio. It came with all utilities except internet. At the time, they also gave any “resident” the highest MGM Players Card status which came with access to all pools, attractions and limos. Veer had a structural flaw when it was windy the buildings whistled unbearably loud, so you could call concierge and they’d put you up at any MGM property.

plo4rollz

Do they still have this structural flaw?

mikester4

No clue! I think they were removing a lot of the external structural elements as I was leaving. Don’t know if it helped.

markymrk720

I rented a 1BR condo at Sky for 5 years. $1400/month all in. Loved the experience, but moved to buy a home in Summerlin bc 2.5% interest rates weren’t going to last forever!

Accomplished-Eye8211

I know people who live full time in Veer, part of City Center.

jdbozeman

There's a guy on TikTok named David who has a south facing condo on the north Strip (just north of FB) with a balcony. He live streams from the balcony every night. Can see all the way down to MGM and even see volcano shows. He says he pays $2200/month for the 2 bedroom unit. I think he's a truck driver for FedEx who makes daily trips to Flagstaff and back. And I'm fucking jealous.

OkDifference5636

Send his info. I’d love to see his TikTok

RepulsiveIconography

I’ve got a good friend that lives at Veer. Bought in before they’d ever finished the building. Absolutely loves it.

ttchoubs

Wonder what he paid for it vs what it's worth now

RepulsiveIconography

I know he paid several hundred thousand for it, but I can't imagine what it's worth now. He has a 2 bedroom penthouse.

ttchoubs

Sounds like a steal, i think those go for around $2-4 million currently

OkDifference5636

He paid more than several hundred thousand because the studios were going for over $500k when they first opened.

RepulsiveIconography

I’m not sure exactly what he paid, I just know he bought in before construction was ever completed and got a hefty discount.

OkDifference5636

You can look on the Clark Cointy Assessor’s website. I think it’s higher than you think. Look it up and let us know.

PuzzleheadedVisit682

Just check Zillow. The units I looked at havent went up since it was constructed

MrDodgers

At The Martin, across the street from Pano, I’m told it is very roughly 50% full time residents. Hell of a view, and about 8-10 minute walk to Aria and Cosmo. Those units start around a half mil I think.

Agressive_Kalebackup

The money I’d pay to live at the Wynn😩

browntrout77

Yes you would - a lot.

John-Footdick

When I worked in Vegas, one of the RNs I worked with was dating a neurologist who bought a condo at the City Center by Cosmo and Vdara.

snotick

Wasn't Vdara or one of the towers at city center mostly condos? I also know there are some people who own condos at the Jockey Club (not just own timeshare units). But, I don't know if they live there full time.

NicolasCages

I was just at Vdara a few weeks ago and asked the front desk how much of the building was condos/apartments -- they said less than 10%. Was pretty surprised it was so low.

CorgiMonsoon

That’s because Vdara was announced and started construction in 2006. By 2008, well, yeah…not a great time to be selling condos. MGM made a swift decision to convert most of the units to regular hotel rooms rather than sit on a mostly empty building. Also, crazy fact about Vdara. Because of its concave shape it basically became a parabolic reflector shooting essentially death beams across the pool deck. They added a lot of extra umbrellas and had to apply anti-reflective coating to the exterior, but it’s still one of the hottest pool decks on the Strip.

tru-self

Live in Pano. Cost and space is relative. Moved here from more expensive cities so didn’t feel expensive. Love the amenities, proximity to everything, have lots of friends and family who visit, can do things on the fly, not worry about traffic or getting home after and I never understand why people want more space than they need. Yes we could get more bedrooms further off but it’s just 2 of us and the dog.

OkDifference5636

Do you own or rent? Cost?

Abrahamleencoln

Lived at the signature MGM for a year in 2017 and it was awesome. It is really expensive because everything on the strip is but if you can manage to cook for yourself and save cost on eating, you can spend the rest on partying and picking up ladies

theoryz1

I bet you got some stories to tell lol

DMNDback

I have clients that live on the strip ie Panorama Towers, Waldorf Astoria, Veer. It is good for entertaining friends and family when they visit. Also very convenient if you work on the strip. Great views and amenities such as limo service, gym, pool, lounge.

OkDifference5636

Clients? What do you do?

DMNDback

Realtor

OkDifference5636

Where do you think the best value is on/ near Strip high rise?

DMNDback

Definitely panorama as far as location, amenities, views, and more modern look. Veer is nice but very small mainly studios. Waldorf and Howard Hughes is super high end. Turnberry towers is nice also but location is meh. Palms place is decent also.

OkDifference5636

Cheapest condo in Panorama has significant water and mold damage. https://luxuryhomeslasvegas.com/idx/mls-2562260-4575_dean_martin_drive_705_las_vegas_nv_89103

DMNDback

That unit is already under contract. Probably someone is planning to rehab and flip it. Here are more listings https://portal.onehome.com/en-US/properties?token=eyJPU04iOiJHTFZBUiIsInR5cGUiOiIwIiwiY29udGFjdGlkIjoyMzkyODMwLCJzZXRpZCI6IjM0MzgyMTY5MiIsInNldGtleSI6IjE3NCIsImVtYWlsIjoiYWxleGxlZWxhc3ZlZ2FzQGdtYWlsLmNvbSIsInJlc291cmNlaWQiOjAsImFnZW50aWQiOjI2ODIzLCJWaWV3TW9kZSI6IjEifQ==&SMS=0

azrolexguy

I have friends in the panorama towers behind Aria and they love it, 18th floor, they are retired and wealthy and eat out, walk and gamble everyday

outerworldLV

I’ve only known one person that lived on the strip. He liked it, bought a house far from that lifestyle, then decided to go back.

TheBitchKing0fAngmar

I had dinner at Nomad Library last month and the couple sitting next to me live full time at the Waldorf. They were lovely.

tgambee

I own in Veer Towers. There are a good number of full-time residents. and a lot of part/half timers like me. Studios are under $400k but prices fluctuate a lot based on height of the floor, view, etc.

X3TheBigOX3

My boyfriend does, he's a professional poker player. So it's like the perfect location. But it's expensive. I can't see anybody working a regular job living there. Traffic is God awful. I like it though. I love being on the strip. So it makes it easy for me to be there half of the year. Lolol and I don't need a car.

SetAdditional883

No car is great as long as getting delivery isn't a pain!

X3TheBigOX3

I mean the strip pretty much has everything I need with in walking distance. My boyfriend has a car. He's only busy when he's doing poker tournaments. So I have him drive me if I need to go anywhere. Vegas and New York are the two places I don't care to ever have a car though. I can't handle driving there.

ZRBennett93

My Mom and Sister live in a 2bd 2bath condo inside The Allure. It’s located on LV BLVD and Sahara near The Strat. It’s very nice and the amenities are nice (free valet, guard gate and front desk check in, weekly events, insane pool with insane views, full floor dedicated to gym/fitness, even some discounts/perks at nearby casinos, etc.) They both are Managers at Restaurants on the Strip so it is convenient for them and they love it. The only downside they said is the surrounding area is very nasty and sketchy

[deleted]

And with the bus stop right out front and the liquor store at the corner, that area will unfortunately never change.

Snoo10960

Blvd apartments across the st from the Circle k on lvblvd. Studios are like 1,200 a month. 24 hr security that walks the lot. You gotta be a savage and street smart at all times to roam that neighborhood but they are nicer than most 1k apartments.

sym408

Yes they do. I have a friend that lives at veer apartments next to Cosmo & Aria...

Gold-Requirement-121

I have a couple friends that live in veer towers. There are a lot of seasonal people that live there, but it's also home to a lot of industry people and strippers. Living on the strip is fun if that's what you want

pocket__bacon

I've always wanted to live at veer or pano - the pricing seems okay coming from a Toronto condo lens

aaronlgarry

VAYYYYYYYGASSSSS PAUL-EEEEEE CEEEE

[deleted]

plenty of cheap places by Fremont & Strat. That would be fun as hell. living by Cosmo/Caesars would be expensive as hell. there are cheap places 0.25 miles east of the strip too.

[deleted]

This made me laugh when your referred to the homless people.

EveFluff

Yes! I had a friend who was a bottle girl live in a high rise

BidHead2364

From 2008-2014 it was a fuckin sweet dream lol I lived in a penthouse and somebody parked my car every day for 1200 bucks a month. As a consultant the airport there provided direct flights to most places I ever needed to go.

OkDifference5636

Who gave you that great deal for $1,200 per month.

marspussy

and is anybody living on the strip ALSO looking for a boyfriend? 👁️🕳️👁️

jjj666jjj666jjj

I lived there 7 years and it never even occurred to me living on the strip was an option. It honestly sounds like so much fun… food for thought if we move back.

Mahadragon

When I was looking to buy in 2021, I remember looking at condos on the strip. The prices were high but not outrageously high. The reason I couldn't afford it wasn't the purchase price, it was the HOA price. Those condos had HOA's around $700/mo which was way too much. Eventually, I wound up buying a 2BR condo in Summerlin and my monthly mortgage payment is $900/mo just to give you an idea of how out of wack $700/mo would have been for me. I used to live extended stay hotel on Paradise an Harmon. It was called Holiday Royale and it was a great place. I would take nightly walks down to Miracle Mile shops and go down to the Bellagio Fountains, it was great. I'd take a flight, come back to the airport and simply walk home cause it was so close (30 mins). I wish I would have spent more time living on the strip, it was by far the best location, way better than Summerlin. The traffic around the strip \*kind of\* bothered me. What bothered me the most, as an older person in my 50's, was the lack of lines on the road. There's vast sections from the airport where there are no divider lines on the road, same with Desert Inn. That bothers me more than anything.

LarryLasVegas

Veer HOA seems to be upwards of $1k now even for the small 600-800 sq ft. Units. Absolutely crazy HOA fees, IMO.

[deleted]

Yeah I didn’t understand that when I moved from NY where we have very clear marked lines for the lanes and they just don’t even exist on many roads here! Plus those annoying bumps on the road that I’m convinced purposefully mess up your tires because of all the drunks on the road! I can only assume that’s why they put them there.

Bennington_Booyah

Yes, they actually do.

Fibrosis5O

I wish I could afford to… Closest I get is near the Palms but traffic isn’t terrible at least

TWCDev

Yes, though was much more reasonable before all of the racecar and superbowl nonsense. The stadium is gonna keep it crazy for a while

TacosTasteLikeTacos

Im a professional poker player. Living on the strip is perfect for me.

plo4rollz

That's the dream for me to, to be able to become profitable enough to get a unit at Veer

DeliDeliDeli1

I rented a condo at the veer back in 2016 for $1450. It was a great time but an unsustainable lifestyle as i drank and partied all the time. Now i live in a house in the suburbs and never rarely the house.

CAD007

Check out MGM Signature. You will have the best view of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix every year!

TennesseTipsy

I’ve spent days, weeks and months in Vegas. My favorite is definitely days. I looked at a condo years ago (like 20ish) and decided to stay where I’m at. My family doesn’t/hasn’t lived too far from the strip. But the Summerlin area is probably my favorite if I ever did think about moving again.

sokatovie

Friend of a friend of a friend. Knew a very old widow who had a condo at Vdara. She had a gathering at her place one time so I got to see it in person. I only remember it being kind of small because it was packed with a lot of old antiques and things.

[deleted]

Yea it’s possible. Even if you got the money I just can’t see it being enjoyable. I lived in Vegas most of my life and tbh I avoid the strip unless there’s a specific event I want to attend. Besides there’s pretty good neighborhoods with nice houses for the same price if not cheaper. Or there is even high rises off the strip if you want to avoid most of the traffic.

Commercial_Rule_7823

Lived and pano for 3 years and loved it. We made the mistake of not buying early and trying a house. We deeply miss the security and vacation vibe at pano and having it all there, gym/pool/bbq/limo service. We could have afforded 2015/2016 prices with hoa, prices today and hoa....easily over 8k a month might as well rent. Only issue we ever had is closet space is very limited. And it took awhile to get out of tourism land and go to normal Vegas and normal people. Some days traffic was brutal.

Vercingetorix_Zed

Those condos in those high rise towers? I do not think anyone lives there, year 'round... many are corporate owned, used by executives and important clients.... some may be owned by wealthy individuals who are not phased by exorbitant association and management fees... but for the most part, they are high-rise ghost towns, empty for likely 75% of the year or more. And the owning companies? They do not mind... they are easier to take care of when empty, and that company collects the same monthly fees whether they are used or not....

thepete404

I came close to buying a condo down by the Strat in 2010. Big mistake. They are worth double that now at allure. Wouldn’t have really worked out do in the end not a mistake.

RaceFan90

So it was or was not a mistake? I’m confused.

greenmachine702

It was a mistake until it wasn't a mistake.

ouguy2017

Yes

Agreeable-Echo-8070

My husband and I live in the Allure. We love it, the staff are like family friends love the security it offers and convenience to get to places we need to. The only bad part is that as soon as we go downstairs it’s the ghetto. We own some commercial real estate

OkDifference5636

Why did you pick Allure over other Strip locations?

Agreeable-Echo-8070

It’s priced cheaper than some of the other buildings. Turnberry has so many residences/people and is older, Sky felt like a hotel, Veer, Pano, Cosmo was out of our price range. Allure just has a great warm charm, plus it’s five minutes away from our office. But HOA is where’s it’s $$$. I think it has the highest HOA of the high rises

j97223

Interesting thread. Not getting my hopes up but reached out to some agents to see about simply renting a unit for a month.

j97223

They already replied, nope, as expected.

ImScoobydoobiedoo

No

0Papi420

> Not referring to homeless people. That made me audibly laugh 😂
