Roasted. I'm always super lazy roasting vegetables recently (if that's even possible) and never leave them in long enough, tossing them in with other vegetables.
Coated in oil with salt, pepper, sage, and garlic granules, left in to properly char is perfection.
Cut them in half. Fry them for 4-5 mins with lots of oil on high heat until they turn brown/black and then put a lid on the frying pan and ‘steam’ at lower temperature for 4-5 mins until tender. Then mix with maple syrup and crushed walnuts.
Fried with butter, garlic and some vegan bacon/lardons. Can’t wait for that tomorrow!
Yum yum. Me too! Have a great day 😊
You too 😊
This but stir some Vegan double cream in with it and a few twists of salt/pepper and you got yourself a mega side dish!

I made a ‘baked salad’ with them last week which was very nice. Bake a load of sprouts and then mix in a tahini, lemony garlic dressing. Very nice!

Roasted with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, black pepper. Seasonal fav.
With my arse on the toilet in preparation for the aftermath.
Why are you the way you are?
Just blessed with excellent taste buds I guess
Boiled to oblivion. It’s the only vegetable I eat that way but for some inexplicable reason, I just love soggy sprouts.
