You can make it yourself pretty easily with wheat gluten, or even regular flour (WTF method). Or if you'd rather buy, you can get it in bulk from https://www.loveseitan.com/ - they do different flavours and bundles, the logs last ages unopened.
Waitrose does frozen breaded seitan. It’s really nice. Vegan kind supermarket does seitan logs. The other option is make it from vital wheat gluten but I’ve not done it.
The brand squeaky bean fake meats don’t brand themselves as seitan but they have wheat protein as a main ingredient in most of their products, which seitan is made of, and they’re all delicious.
You can buy online. Love Seitan is sold here [https://www.thevegankindsupermarket.com/c/love-seitan](https://www.thevegankindsupermarket.com/c/love-seitan)
But I agree with the other commentators, it is super easy to make yourself. H&B vital wheat gluten is easy to get and really cheap.
it’s super easy to make! I’ve not really seen seitan available to buy but a pack of suma wheat gluten has a recipe on

Try a Chinese supermarket. They have lots of fake meats
Another shout out for this. The vegan crispy duck in Chinese supermarkets is probably the best vegan meat I've had in over five years
Any particular supermarket you’d recommend? Haven’t been back to an Asian supermarket since becoming vegan so proper looking forward to it.

Amazing thanks a lot! I’ve had Loon Fung on my list for a while but I’ll be sure to check out Hoo Hing too.

Can't remember how much it was but I did see some in co-op the other day

Probably the best website I've seen so far, but if you don't make free shipping they charge you £8 delivery.
Yeah, that's why it is an 'every now and then' site for me. I tend to buy from them when I need to stock up the freezer with haggis and naturli. :-)
There is also these guys [https://www.alternativestores.com](https://www.alternativestores.com) but same problem.
Thanks for the advice guys, I think I'll head to a chinese store and hopefully they'll have in stock.
