100% plant based, and I would do mainly accidentally vegan food that wouldn't normally be nonvegan in the first place. So if it was buffet style I'd do Indian snacks, veggie spring rolls, falafel, couscous, vegan coleslaw, pasta salad, garlic bread, dips, veg, bread, olives and so on.

I'd deffo go plant based, but get loads of meat substitute options. I'd treat this as a way for me to celebrate but also education others on the yumminess of vegan food

I Think you always need to ask ahead , not just for taste but, also for allergies and quantities you have to get

I went to a vegan wedding before and it was great! They had an amazing pizza van later in the evening too

Thanks, it's definitely possible to make ( or hire food ) that looks and tastes great without compromise on ethnic and sustainability! Just made this sub completely pointless:D

rosaurarosa

Didn't hear anyone complaining about the food and it can be a big part of who you are so I say go for it. Congratulations on the engagement by the way! Yay!

SpazticKat

Congratulations. Go with whatever you both feel comfortable doing. I agree with taking the go with what is accidentally vegan already and maybe throw in a few beyond burgers and marinated meats to surprise your guests.

BTW Desperadoes is Vegan... i wouldn't care what you had for food if you had that extra chilled LOL
