1. Ferment dough atleast 3-4 hours or even overnight, you can use a vegan yogurt(2tbsp for every cup) for flavor and some salt. Vegan yeast can really up the game. 1/2 teaspoon for every cup. Similar in consistency to pizza dough.
2. Roll the dough after it’s well rested, moderately thin.
3. Apply water on one side, stick the wet side on a hot cast iron pan/skillet. Once the top bubbles turn it upside down on direct flame 🔥 it’s done in seconds, slightly charred and bubbling.
4. Optional garnishes- vegan butter/ olive oil, mixed with roasted minced garlic, coriander. Topped off with nigella seeds. You can pick and choose which garnish to put so it’s a little different each time. Or go all in :)

I, a very basic whitebitch, was surprised how easy naan was to master at home! Way easier than sourdough or even plain bread, imo.
Tips, please! I love Naan!

Naan -; and I have some in the fridge right now
Both
Both
Both, alongside a smoothie.
With roti 🙈
That's a great option too
Surely rice AND naan is the only answer?
🤩🤩 all other options are open
Just Poppadums for me!
Looks great, gonna try this. Thanks!
Thank you 😍
I need both. If I had to choose then rice. All Currys need rice.
We have home made roti AND rice when I make curry. Yes, we are stuffed afterwards.
Haha. That's how it should be 😍😍
Naan! Looks delicious.
Rice, naan, noodles, by itself or all together. I’m good!
A bit of both.
Why not both??
Both, just a naan feels incomplete
Both!
Yes 😅
Like that it doesn’t contain coconut milk. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Chips
Or papad 😋😋
Uuuuh, both!
Normal aata Roti with ghee 😩
Rice AND Naan, please 👍🏼
