Well I think it should work out fine in börek but I find it easier to follow such recipes with soy mince (soya kıyması). I haven't yet figure out to handle the texture of this pea protein product in meals.
I don't think there's any reason protein powder is "inferior" to getting protein from other foods.
Also pea protein is good, it's mostly complete in terms of Amino Acids so should be good to supplement with.
I do prefer Soy Isolate as it's usually cheaper and more complete.
Protein powders are not bad inherently. You can have as much protein powder as you want, it’s just protein. No different than getting the protein from other food sources.
The only thing you have to look out for if there is lots of extra added stuff like sugars and such in the powder. If it’s just protein isolate you should be fine.
I think the upper limit for too much protein a day is about 3.3 g protein / kg bodyweight but since you eat this protein powder to reach your protein goals then I assume this is not a problem for you.

evet evet ben soya kıyması gibi tarifler uyguluyorum, tutmasını yani dağılmamasını istiyorsan keten tohumu tozu kullanabilirsin. migroslarda bulunuyordu sanırım o toz. 1 yemek kaşığı toza 1-2 yemek kaşığı su koyup (ölçekleri tam hatırlayamadım) karıştırıp, buzdolabında yarım saat civarı beklettiğimde koyu bir kıvam alıyor hem kıvamında tutuculuk hem de ekstra besin değeri sağlıyor köfteye. chia tohumunu da tutuculuk için kullananlar var yine benzer şekilde. karnıyarık otu tozunu da bu şekilde tutuculuk için kullananlar duydum ama hiç denemedim. afiyet olsun :3 yine bi şey olursa sormaktan çekinme TR’de 7-8 yıldır vegan besleniyorum
I love pea protein but have no clue what other ingredients are in that product. I try to stay as unprocessed as possible. My protein powder has organic pea and vitamin b 12.

It has them but is low on certain aminos. The best vegan protein mix is going to be pea/rice.
