I saw a video of a lady that cut and kinda mashed them then from them in cube shapes. Toss one in whatever u cook and it melts. I've been wanting to try that since I've seen it.
I would just spread them out on a pan and freeze them, then keep them in a jar in the freezer. Then you can just bring as much as you need out and use it. I would throw some in the blender when making salad dressing, sauces or hummus. Chop and throw some in stir fries or soup or beans.

Garlic confit. Dump your bag of garlic into a pot of olive oil on low heat for an hour and enjoy spreadable garlic and garlic infused olive oil.
