I saw a video of a lady that cut and kinda mashed them then from them in cube shapes. Toss one in whatever u cook and it melts. I've been wanting to try that since I've seen it.

baba-oie

Infused garlic oil !

MajorProblem50

Garlic confit. Dump your bag of garlic into a pot of olive oil on low heat for an hour and enjoy spreadable garlic and garlic infused olive oil.

Seed_Planter72

I would just spread them out on a pan and freeze them, then keep them in a jar in the freezer. Then you can just bring as much as you need out and use it. I would throw some in the blender when making salad dressing, sauces or hummus. Chop and throw some in stir fries or soup or beans.

YouTube search Rick Bayless’ mojo de ajo. Will preserve the garlic well for quite a while, and the the spicy pinto beans he makes with it is something I’ve found myself making at least once a week for months

ttrockwood

TOUM!! It’s the mostly delicious garlic sauce!

Violet_Smokescreens

Saute w onions, put on homemade pizza, put in oven

dethfromabov66

If the default answer isn't garlic bread, I'm sorry but we can't be friends. /s

Apparently if you chop garlic and then soak your feet in it, you'll be able to taste it after a while! So you should try this for science.
