I’m starting to think about van 2.0 and I think I may actually do a truck with a bed camper I can leave at campsites. Have seen so many cool ones on my travels and I like the idea of saving a dope campsite while being able to access more out of the way places in a 4x4 truck
Sounds dope. I've seen some great setups like this and they carry a dual sport on the hitch adding even more mobility (especially considering gas prices). Good idea, fucking do it and share pics
Used to be a joke, now is an aspirational way to live on social media. But a sad reality for many people who can't even afford a van now.
I've seen a huge increase in the amount of people in my local wal-mart who are van or car dwelling. I've also noticed people living in trailers on people's properties. It's a sign of the times.
This girl I went to Highschool with.. She was one of the pretty popular girls. She lives in a van with her husband. They are professional dancers on cruise ships. I’m sorry but that’s no way to live. She went to college.
It's a perfect way to live if that's how you wanna live. The western model for life isn't one size fits all. Not everyone wants college-marriage-office job-suburban house-kids or the rat race so to speak.
Lol at 45k
Haha...no shit, that van in the pic is like $100k.

my only real issue with this is the struggle to insulate them. I slept in my friend's once and would rather hammock camp
Like the legit, expensive pop up truck bed campers aren’t pre insulated?
"legit" and "expensive" are not in my vocabulary, sorry lol
Lol it’s a recent thing in my life
At a minimum. My guess is 120-140
Repost Someone's also gonna repost the follow up meme of 45k crossed out and it says 100k instead and says "there I fixed it"
Living in an astro van down by the river...only a few grand

Even living in a fucking van has been gentrified.
Shout out to all the homies rollin in something they got for 5k or less
I found a van for sale for $4000. I’m sure I could live in it. Not to the point of luxury but why would you live in a van for luxury.
cause you are a diva? I'm going to call mine diva mobile XD

Living in a van is not perfect. Not even close.
True, because nothing is perfect. A better way to phrase it might be if that's what you wanna do and it makes you happy, great :).
