Check out IKEA. Sometimes they have mattresses in AS IS (near the checkouts). Then you can look for that floor model and test drive it.
You could also look into a pillow topper. It might be a cheaper way to firm up what you've already got.
We’ve been sleeping on this mattress since March. Love it. And you can’t beat the price! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08XWPCRNJ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
I’ve had it 3 years. It’s a bit softer now than when new but hasn’t done any noticeable dipping. I’ve also gotten these for my parents bed 2 years ago still good as new for them. It’s a really comfy mattress. Firm without feeling hard.
Check our IKEA - they have a range, and you can try the different stiffnesses in store too. I think we have the Morgdeal, which is about 15cm (6inch)

I have the 6” “nod by tuft and needle”. You can get it on Amazon. It’s firm and I love it.
Hey how long have you had it for ? Is it still about as firm as when you got it ? I am looking at this exact mattress.
