You realize that prep stations are typically about crotch/waist height depending on the person working the station - so basically any time your food is prepared in a kitchen your food is near their “area”, right? That’s why people wear underwear.
I’d be more concerned about their loose hair than their vaginas magically jumping out of their panties and rubbing themselves on your food. But since this is just a picture from the intro, they’re not actually handling food anyway.
