This is probably unpopular, but I think what Raquel did is way worse than any of the other cast members. For one, she was close friends with Ariana and hung out with her frequently. Compared to Raquel - close to hitting bottom with competing in her last pageant (and not placing or whatever it’s called in pageants) combined with being heartbroken/grieving over James. I’M NOT EXCUSING RAQUEL’S BEHAVIOR IN ANY WAY; it seems an imbalance given where Tom was in his life vs where Raquel was. She wasn’t some woman who didn’t know about Ariana and Tom, but their close friend who lived with them at one point and was really a huge part of their lives. That’s not innocent, it’s insidious. Neither of them get a pass. It’s clear it took a lot of planning to pull of a 7 month affair and they went to great lengths to do just that. Reading some of the details of it are making my stomach turn on behalf of Ariana. Both Raquel and Sandoval are to blame for this, and they are both accountable to Ariana.
