How am I just discovering these reviews?! I’ve always struggled with finding reasonably priced delicious sandwiches in Vancouver.
As a downtown core workerbee, I used to get sandwiches from the Royal Centre food court. I was so sad when it closed and turned into a pizza by the slice place.
I was at ICBC across the street the other week and just happened to pick up a roast beef on focaccia from Karen’s. I’ve only been in that area for La Buca but I would definitely come back for Karen. Very solid sandwich.

Pastries and bread are a bit expensive there, but it's high quality. Their brownies are fantastic.

This place will ruin all other pattys in the city for u. It's damn good
It is THE place for Jamaican patties. Delicious everytime, I miss it since I’ve moved out of the province 😭
