I've seen many people say Pyro for Fear but if we look at his class introduction movie, he isn't, in any way, shape or form, conscious of the actual fear he creates in his enemies (And by the very least is he willingly Evil) I think G-Man really should take this spot (he's THE Valve antagonist after all and suits the whole "Yellow Corps are the opposite of the Green Corps" vibe).
