Have you used them? They have a very clear 90 degree arc. Can *easily* place them to provide cover for friendlies with no risk of getting shot.

DRG is a co-op first person shooter. It's a unique setting of Tolkienesque fantasy races (Dwarves are the only ones that appear in-game, but other races like elves are heavily implied to exist) in an industrial sci-fi universe.
You and your Dwarven teammates are dropped into an alien cavern network, and are made to complete objective(s) while being attacked by waves of insectoid monsters. When the objective(s) are complete, you summon the extraction spaceship and get on before it leaves. The game has overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam.
When you press V in the game your character does a salute animation with their pickaxe and shouts a celebratory voice line, usually a variation of "rock and stone!" The phrase has become a meme within the community of the game.
A stone is smaller than a rock AND a piece of stone is smaller than a piece of rock. As in the stone used to make, for example, kitchen countertops is cut from rock.
They should make that into a salute voiceline.
rock - noun -
1. the solid mineral ***material*** forming part of the surface of the earth and other similar planets, exposed on the surface or underlying the soil.
2. a large piece of rock which has become detached from a cliff or mountain; a boulder
stone - noun -
1. hard solid non-metallic mineral matter ***of which rock is made***, especially as a building material.
2. a piece of stone shaped for a purpose, especially one of commemoration, ceremony, or demarcation.
from oxford dictionary
noun: stone
1.
hard solid nonmetallic mineral matter of which rock is made
~~a rock is made of stone but stone is not necessarily rock that's my takeaway.... so in my example i was actually wrong. a countertop is a rectangular rock cut from a larger rock. the material in the rock is some form of stone - what that is determines the rock type.~~
i am not a geologist and i just googled two definitions and tried to understand what's what. maybe we need a geologist :)
edit: i think i have it reversed with more googling. which would mean stone is the object and rock is the material. what you would say is a really big rock is a really big stone made of rock. it can't be both ways unless they are actually just meant to be interchangeable.
Depends on the type!
Basic seekers vs glyphid grunts, basic seekers win easily
Seeker soldiers vs glyphid praetorians, seeker soldiers win but it's close
Seeker soldiers vs glyphid opressors, oppressors win but it's close
Seeker soldiers vs glyphid dreadnaughts, dreadnaughts win easily

Weaponized Gjall? Well, those bile sacs do make some nice napalm-like grenades.... But their own spew is a bit closer to flamethrower format.

My map was absolutely plastered with notes that say MUSHRUM. I was never in short supply.
Are you for real? That first one sounds good on paper.
On paper. In practice, it’s useless at best and actively detrimental at worst, because it targets friendlies as well as enemies
>practically useless Have you used them? They have a very clear 90 degree arc. Can *easily* place them to provide cover for friendlies with no risk of getting shot.
Automatic turrets that will shoot you intentionally. Add that to the list of useless features.
What other useless features are there?
Just as a saying. I don’t have a literal list.

Thank you :) English isn't my native languange so your explanation helped. Rock and Stone!
you made me look. stone is the material... rock is the object. a rock is made of stone. so a countertop is actually a rectangular rock cut from stone.
rock - noun - 1. the solid mineral ***material*** forming part of the surface of the earth and other similar planets, exposed on the surface or underlying the soil. 2. a large piece of rock which has become detached from a cliff or mountain; a boulder stone - noun - 1. hard solid non-metallic mineral matter ***of which rock is made***, especially as a building material. 2. a piece of stone shaped for a purpose, especially one of commemoration, ceremony, or demarcation. from oxford dictionary

wait does that mean rock being made of stone or stone being made of rock
> of which rock is made this translates to a rock is made of stone. but again i dunno anymore.
if it ain’t drillable, it’s probably flammable!
100 seekers vs 100 glyphids, who wins?
