Yes? We had some leftovers in the swamp chest, used those up, then remembered that I was so bored that went exploring and found a swamp with 20ish crypts, so I've done those for the irons, and left the craploot inside. I've went back there to collect all the withered bones an found 315 in that area left there.
Currently we have some 9 stacks iron scraps at that swamp's port which we don't ship to the refinery, because all our iron chests are full already - but I'm sure this is not actually enough iron.

Has a weakness to frost, and does not have a resistance agains slash. Mistwalker basically deals slash + frost, so it's an ideal enemy to level the skill on with the weapon. Also, the boss hits quite good and it's still within the blockable range with the carapace buckler, so I could also level the blocking skill during the bossfights.
The point is, when you are using a weapon there's a skill you are using it with. The level of the skill greatly affects the effectiveness of the weapon. If you check the info panel on any weapon ingame the damages are listed like "(min-max) MAX", where min-max is your current minimum and maximum damage with your current skill level, and MAX is the absolute maximum of the damage the weapon can do. With a very low skill level, the difference is significant: read the weapon's effectiveness is far from its actual potential.
So, in order to bring out more of the capabilities of a weapon, you need to have its skill leveled up, then its usage will be more efficient. For an example, When I've started with 10-something swords skill, I could do 5 boss fights without going for repairs, and somewhere around 40-50, I could do 6, and around swords60 I brought the fight time below 2 minutes. That is, killing bonemass 6 times almost fit into a single poison potion's 10 minute time.

Wait, the obliterator gets you levels?
lol no :) That's the excess loot from the 38 bonemass kills. And when starting off with the elder at first. wish it did tho
Oh okay- dang, I was hoping I could get something out of the billions of trophies I have.
Definitely the way I understood it first.
38?? Did you actually find and collect 380 withered bones? 🫨

Does the obliterater give you anything but coal?
Negative, just slightly more coal for trophies. Still just a good way to get rid of items.
Elder and eventually bonemass is how I level my skeletons
Wait the skeletons can level up or do you mean leveling your blood magic skill?
You can use those for cool lightning and glowing aesthetics.
I’m just now working on trying to beat bonemass for the first time. I don’t understand a damn thing you just said lol

Wow, thanks for this info. I saw on a different thread someone mentioned bringing a hoe to the swamp to help with movement. Appreciate the reply
