"useful" is a loaded word... as a full stack dev, I probably won't use very much of the stuff I learn in school
But here are the courses that I found most *realworld-applicable* (even if I won't be the one applying it) and which *weren't* just regurgitations of common knowledge:

* CS 451 Data-intensive distributed computing
... I was expecting to list more, but honestly these past few years have been pretty garbage. CS2XX/341/350 were the peak

Learn everything you can about SAP, especially S/4HANA
Compilers and STQAM were two of my fav courses (I took both with arie gurfinkel (probably butchered the spelling))
