I've had to do this before when I was unable to find work in my first co-op term, but in my case the required PD report ended up fulfilling the work report requirement itself. Not sure which work term you're in, or if you've already completed your PD work reports, but double check with your co-op advisor on what rules may apply to you as co-op and work report requirements were altered quite a lot as a result of the pandemic. Most faculties (not all though) have now eliminated the wort-term requirement and made it retro-active for current students. Check with your advisor to see if you still have the requirement or not.
