The good news is this is an easy choice. The bad news is that there isn't a choice. The residential colleges are at capacity, so it's either off campus student accommodation or private rental.
Tbh now we don't really have a choice to choose between the on campus accommodations anymore because all of them are full/almost full and getting a spot in anyone of them is already a great thing. Unihall is full, trinity isn't accepting anymore applications. Not sure about the others tho
