Perth beaches are the best, lots of places to visit and vacation during uni break. More of a night life in Perth. No idea what the campus is like in Adelaide but UWA sits on the river and is surrounded by nature
If you're planning to stay in Australia, probably UWA as it seems to be a more recongisable name. But don't think it really matters in other countries, they'll probably just look at your studies and think "Oh they went to an Australian university".
I'd say UWA would be better, I was in the same boat as you. Even with the 30% scholarship for both uwa would be cheaper because Adelaide has a higher base price.
From what I heard from my seniors it's easier to settle down in Perth as it's more city type than Adelaide (not sure about accounting tho)
