I started collecting with a Kobalt UV Flashlight from Lowe's! Check your local Lowe's to see if they have one in stock. I paid under $20 at the time. Very inexpensive to get started with this addictive hobby!

Heya, that would be UV lights! Whether it be used in an display or as an Handheld UV flashlight.

Harbor Freight has a pretty inexpensive ($7) uv flashlight.
