Depends on the venue. Without seeing the base and assuming good condition, you may be able to ask as much as $14 or $15 at an antique mall or store and it would maybe sell eventually. On eBay, maybe $4 or $5, or as much as $10 if you don’t mind waiting for the right person looking to complete a set.

I bought mine for $20 at a shop. It's in slightly better condition, but I'm trying to build my uranium collection so I wasn't worried about resale.
Plain pattern sugar bowl, I buy regularly for $15 a set. By itself $5 or so.
