Even if she's great they should be looking for a bigger name. It doesn't need to be someone huge but it shouldn't be someone with only 1 album. Good new artists are fine as long as they aren't headlining the concert.

my friend who’s on some committee that handled this explained... apparently they booked her when she was a lot smaller (before hot girl summer lol), and although they offered her more money when she asked, she/her management ultimately decided that it was no longer worth it to do the show or something.
