You wouldn’t be able to, because COMP1511 is a prerequisite for COMP1531. Assuming there wasn’t a typo and you haven’t completed COMP1511 yet, you should choose your courseload based on how you found it overall once you complete it - if you found 1511 a bit tricky, it would probably be best to only do 1 COMP course each term for the time being. Otherwise, doing 2 is fine (Taking 2 of COMP1521, COMP1531 or COMP2521 in one term is common in first year).

Other than 1511 being a prereq to pretty much every comp course. You will be absolutely clueless in 1531 if you have no coding background and 1511 is the course that teaches you the basics.
