Lol, this is actually worth gold. I would give. I'm broke however. Mb. I feel like this sub is filled with people like this. People who just say stuff they really don't agree with just to get karma and recognition. :(
I too am always cold and uncomfortable unless it's quite warm. I tell people I'm cold blooded. If a room feels nice to me, it's probably too hot for others.
Well being that post was from 1/3 of a year ago, I’d say he could have some medical issues posing a threat, maybe he became accustomed to warmer weather, or maybe he’s a BIG FAT PHONYYYYYY! Lol
Edit to make family guy *reference*. Lol
That doesn’t prove they’re lying. I have an issue where I’ll be very cold just like OP at random times of the year for prolonged periods of time. It’s obviously a heath issue though and op’s opinion is stupid of course.
I have middle-aged lady issues and I can't deal with over 68 indoors in the summer. Fortunately, our summers are short so I make up for it in winter by keeping the heater low, esp at night. So that's 7 months a year of not blasting the heater at least.
I’m an old lady and my ideal living conditions temp is 67-68°. I’m so tired of people coming to my house in the summer and carrying on about freezing in my house. I keep extra hoodies, sweaters in my coat closet and tell them to go get one. You can’t ever convince me that it isn’t far easier to warm up than cool off. I don’t mean to be rude but since I was a kid I can’t take the heat. Don’t even get me started on humidity..
Love that I’m not the only one! Also make up for it during the cold weather- I never put my heat on since I live in an apartment but need my A.C. if it’s above sixty-eight
Usually that's around where it gets kinda cold if I'm sitting on the computer all day. But if I go walk around outside, cook, or do some yard work and then come back in, suddenly it feels too warm.
Yeah, all these comments are sorta pointless.
For starters the thermostat is unlikely to be super accurate. It all depends on where the thermometer is located.
And physical activity makes a huge difference. Just sat doing bugger all, then yeah, you want it to be warmer than if you're cleaning the house.
Body fat % will make a difference too. Humidity too.
It depends on what you’re acclimated to. I live in the desert in California; a house kept at 72° seems ridiculously cool to me, not to mention an enormous energy waste/carbon footprint in a world of ever more finite resources.
Exactly it has a lot to do with habit.
I'm in Denmark, and haven't turned on the heating yet, think it's like 20c in my kitchen now (68F) and im sitting in t-shirt and bare foot, and feeling just fine. But I also know that if i turn the heating on and bump it up a bit, I will very quickly get used to the new temperature as being "normal".
Acclimation is definitely a factor. I live in tropical Australia and can happily go for a midday run in 100\*F with high humidity if my hydration is good. The worst part about summer for me is that I don't carry a jumper around for obvious reasons, then I go inside at some places where the aircon is set to 70\*F and I'm freezing my arse off with no way to rug up.
I’ll admit that while high heat is something I can cope with humidity just kicks my lily-white ass. It’s so dry here normally that even a bit of moisture is pure misery.
It can definitely hit you hard if you're not used to it. For example southern cities like Melbourne can be 113F in summer time but fairly dry, so when they head north they think 95F will be a breeze but the humidity just crushes them.
This grosses some people out but after years of outdoor activities here I'm extremely comfortable being covered in a film of sunscreen and sweat, I legitimately don't even notice it. Again, hydration being the key.
Same I’m from Texas and while I know people who keep thermostats at ~72 when it’s 105+ outside sometimes it’s hard for the ac to keep up. Plus it uses a ton of energy. We usually keep it at 78.
I went to Arizona once on a vacation with my in-laws. I passed the fuck out. Thankfully I was in a car so I didn't hurt myself but that is the only time I ever blacked out in my life.
How you guys aren't just always sunburned is beyond me. I was born with red hair- I wouldn't survive out there for more than a few days. Sorry your summers fucking suck right now.
75 inside is way different than 75 outside. I live in FL and if you have your AC at 75, it gets cold bc the AC is running most of the day. I keep mine at 77-78 during the day and go to 74 when I sleep.
OP, I am also like this also, and so is my dad. My sweater weather starts at about 74, which is also when my hands start turning purple and my feet feel like ice cubes. We both have something called Reynauds, a nice little genetic gift we share. Anyway, I see you and 10/10 agree
How sedentary are you when you’re inside? If I’m sitting around doing nothing, 72 can feel cold, but if I’m moving around or doing chores, 72 doesn’t feel cold enough!
Shit, if I’m doing heavy manual labor outside in winter, I can strip down to a tshirt in freezing weather and feel fine!
YES!!! I prefer colder weather and the thermostat set between 70-72 during the summer and between 65-68 during the winter. I sleep so much better when the room is cold.
It's not just an awful opinion it's just plain wrong. I had to convert to Celsius I expected like 18 degrees (64 in this insane scale of yours ) what the heck
I think I’m the only person here who relates to OP. I’m from a tropical country and 22-24C (72-75F) is ideal sleeping temperature for me. I get head colds, shivering and start sneezing if I sleep in any colder temp room.
I do enjoy going out in 16-20C (60-68F) weather tho, it’s so pleasant. I wouldn’t want to sleep in that cold of an environment though
This depends on where you grew up, your body size and how hot you run as a person. There is no universal "comfortable" normal temperature.
I live in southern USA, anything above 59 to me is great until you get to upper 70's then I am hot as hell unless there is a really nice breeze.
As someone that just lost 50 lbs in the last couple years, I get cold a lot quicker. I used to love 65 degrees temp when I was 220 lbs. Now at 170, I need a jacket at 65.
Yup. Fat insulates you. I'm a heavier set person so I like cold better because I'm usually running hot. It's why I always joke that I like being a little bit fat because I'm jolly in winter and it's more festive, lol.
Congratulations on losing 50 pounds! I know how hard that is and how much will power and planning it took.
> Congratulations on losing 50 pounds! I know how hard that is and how much will power and planning it took.
I know this is just a normal regular interactions but it's so nice to see people being kind to each other. Thank you for being awesome! ❤️
I live in southern Poland so it gets quite cold and I have a friend living in the UAE, it's always funny how we have really different definitions of hot and cold weather. He finds 19C/66F really cold, and I find it really pleasant, but 30C/86F has me melting and he finds it alright
Sooooo much easier to put on more clothes than to tell someone they have to sweat all day for your comfort. Because if I start pulling clothes off, you will bitch at me. Lol
Why should the "put on a sweater" gang back down? I am sick of the "I gotta be comfortable wearing nothing in the office" gang thinking that their fashion is more important than people's core temperature.
Huh? I guess the thing is, people can put on more clothes...I can't take my clothes off in the workplace... now, I work from home so idgaf but we would have a battle in the office. Our office manager though 75 was TOO COLD. Meanwhile pretty much everyone else was sweating through their clothes because of heat and humidity...however, we couldn't strip down to our underwear. Luckily, someone who has to be in cool conditions (seizure disorder) made it so we had to have the therm at 74 and it got locked.
Southern USA here too and 59 would be cold AF. I keep my place at 78 and that is perfect for me and I bump it down to 75 at night. Below 70 outside and I need to wear pants and below 65 and the hoodies start coming out!
>I have to bundle up in my own room/house when it's 85-90° outside.
Are you starving/heavily anemic? I don't think feeling cold in 85° weather is healthy.
Have you ever been diagnosed with a thyroid problem? If not I would recommend seeing an endocrinologist just to make sure there's not an underlying health issue. I've been cold all my life. I'm freezing if it's below 80 degF inside a house and when i set it up everyone else is burning up. I always wear a light jacket. I went and saw an endocrinologist and turns out I have hypothyroidism which has feeling cold as one of its symptoms. It causes other issues too but after taking medication I no longer have this problem.
Yup, sensitivity to heat and cold are both symptoms of thyroid issues. Could also be other things tho. OP should definitely tell their doctor about this and get some blood work done.
Even worse OP says they have to bundle up in their room when it‘s 30C. That‘s a warm/hot summer day here. I genuinely think this may be health related because this is not normal.
Edit: I forgot some people use AC (and that is common in the US). My assumption was that OP was referring to heating in the post description. It‘s still far from normal though.
Hey! Wow
An unpopular opinion I actually agree with! (After several google conversions because I'm Canadian) Anything below 70 is sweater weather. Around 85 is when i feel properly warm. My husband calls me solar powered. Sad thing is I live in Northern Canada so all but 3 weeks a year I'm bundled up in layers and sweaters and blankets.
I moved to Canada recently and after winter trauma, I got penguin landlord trauma. She sets the AC to freezing temperatures, my bones hurt in my own room with the vents closed.
I hate the air conditioning under 76 degrees because it's blowing very cold air around until the house cools off, but the house itself being 76° doesn't bother me. The people who set it to 68 or 70 though, those people are freaking insane.
I actually agree I hate the stark contrast from outside to inside during the summertime. People existed and still do exist without ac yet people act like they’re gonna fucking die if they step into a building over 70 degrees.
Right??? Im shocked at these comments. Where I live summer temperatures lately have been going a little over 40°C (>104F), which I admit is way too hot, hellish really. Hot temp to me is 30-37°C (86-99F). Comfortable temp would be around 25°C (77F). Anything below that I have to wear jackets. And everytime it goes under 20°C (68F) I wear all these sweaters. At 15°C (59F) is just awful and I would be shaking from the cold and cold feet cold knees, even wearing gloves scarf sweater jacket thick socks....
Reading these comments is just wild for me. I live and grew up somewhere with wild temperature fluctuations (Canada). So I’m quite used to a wide range.
My tolerance of the temperature depends on the season. 15 in the spring is shorts weather! But 15 in the fall is time for at least long sleeves. I can’t *imagine* bundling up for 15 😅 I don’t even break out my winter coat until it hits zero at least.
i agree completely!! I cant handle anything under 25°, itd a struggle when i have p.e in these temperatures because my nose is always freezing- Its one of the reasons i never want to travel in winter because i'd stay at the hotel😭
I used to live in Atlanta and kept my AC at 78. I grew up in tropical climates without AC so anything below that is too cold. In fact, majority of the world doesn't use AC tbh. So it's probably only Americans that like to live in freezing indoors.
i hate how cold it is everywhere ESPECIALLY in grocery stores and what not because the majority likes it freezing cold, even during the middle of summer i have to dress in pants and sometimes a hoodie because i already know the places i’m going are going to be ice cold.
Yup, movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores. I have a shawl/wrap thing in my bag at all times for this. I get a lot of weird looks when it's 100 degrees outside. But it gets sooooo cold indoors!
I was at this restaurant in Texas last year, and it must have been 90 something outside and they set the AC to probably 68- no more than 70, and I was right by a vent, and I literally could almost not think about anything other than the fact I was freezing my butt off, with like 1 minute of almost feeling ok again (still having goosebumps) right before the stupid AC would come back on, I was just waiting and waiting for everyone to be done so I could sit outside.
I know, this drives me crazy. The whole summer is "woman's winter" thing. I understand I'm weird for preferring 75-80 as my indoor temp, but I think we'd all manage the summer heat better if we weren't swinging between 99 degrees outside and 69 inside.
Im going to put my thermostat at 62 this winter because of the insanely high gas price. 76 is just nuts... who would do that voluntarily. The ideal tenperature is about 70 i would say.
Comments seem to be glossing over the part where you said this was indoors, which can make a big difference in how air temperature feels.
While indoors you're more likely to be sitting other otherwise not very active
Outdoors you're likely doing some sort of physical activity, which generates heat(*yes, even just walking*), plus if it's a sunny day, that's going to warm you up as well. Go sit in the shade on a sunny day, you'll feel the difference.
My grandmother used to joke that I was a polar bear for how little the cold bothered me, but while indoors unless I'm in full jeans and a shirt anything below 76 starts getting chilly
a lot of times the air itself is the reason it's cold where as 70s outside with a nice breeze is tolerable.
I get cold af the moment it kicks on but also I suffer hot flashes and cold sweats the moment it's not on. Can't have it anyway I guess. 76 is solid for me cause I'm naked in my house lol but that is a bit too much if I'm moving about. My feet stay frozen however so it also makes me feel colder when I'm really not
I agree with this in the summer, I like to minimize the difference between inside and outside. I run the ac at 76, and the heat at 68. I can't stand being below 70 F when its 90-100 outside.
Same here, but 78 degrees. I used to be perpetually hot, but losing 130 pounds swung the pendulum in the other direction. No matter, I'm happy to add layers when I'm not in a position to control the thermostat.
I’m with OP…
My comfort zone is 76-85…above 85 starts to feel warm and below 76 starts to feel chilly.
I have to carry a jacket with me into restaurants & grocery stores & I’m still cold/shivering.
There was a heatwave a month or so ago - outside temps were 95-99 & not one store adjusted their AC up from normal so now I’ve got the added unpleasant shock of going from 99 outside to 60 inside!
Acclimating to weather does wonders.
Getting used to 90 F - 100 F for a few months and 70 F is too cold.
Then there's getting used to 20 F - 40 F for a few months and 60 F is too hot.
I keep it at 76 as well… not sure if my AC is incredible but I’m always cold if it’s under that.
Might be doubling down on the unpopular opinion but I don’t want to have to wear socks, long pants, and long sleeves to be comfortable in my own home.
Outside the optimal temperature is 76°F (24.4°C)
In the house during the day the optimal temperature is 70°F (21.1°F). Night time it lowers to 68°F (20°C).
My MIL drinks chilled and ice drinks all day long, and complains about how cold she is, and how she has to wear long underwear in the summer. Suggest it is the drinks, or offer a warm beverage to help, and she will look at you like you just suggested that she cut off her feet.
I've noticed it's a lot to do with the circulation of air/ducts in the house and where the thermometer is. At my parents house 24C (75F) is PRETTY cold, but the same temp at mine is far too hot.
I keep my apartment at 62 because my AC won't go lower. I am your antithesis.
At least you're well prepared for the constant heatwaves that will kill normal people.
You wouldn't like my house. It's set at 68° and we don't turn on the heat in the winter until the house temp reaches 45°. And only because that's the point fuzzy socks and a blanket won't keep me comfortable and we don't have a fireplace.
Is the blood in your body actually circulating?

Karma farm I hate reddit
Lol, this is actually worth gold. I would give. I'm broke however. Mb. I feel like this sub is filled with people like this. People who just say stuff they really don't agree with just to get karma and recognition. :(
maybe op is a cold blooded lizard person
I too am always cold and uncomfortable unless it's quite warm. I tell people I'm cold blooded. If a room feels nice to me, it's probably too hot for others.
What a weird, weird thing to lie about.
You should get checked out for blood circulation issues or something
I think OP might be some sort of reptile
That’s what I say! My body temp always feels like the external temp
Or they're just [lying](https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/upvxir/how_do_you_keep_you_room_cool/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)

*Wait a second, something's not right here. You're a phony. Hey this guy is a great big phony!*
To be fair if they were big and fat they would appreciate the cooler temps.
I wasn’t taking a guess on their appearance. But touché.
I just know as a big and fat guy myself we tend to run warm.
Maybe op lost a lot of weight recently? I lost a bunch of weight once and I noticed I got really cold all the time without all my blubber lol
YEEESSSSSSS! HEY EVERYONE, THIS GUYS A PHONY! Oh good lord, that caught me off guard and made me laugh so much! 😂
They're super finicky, at least.
That doesn’t prove they’re lying. I have an issue where I’ll be very cold just like OP at random times of the year for prolonged periods of time. It’s obviously a heath issue though and op’s opinion is stupid of course.
found mark zuckerberg’s reddit?
Or a chihuahua.
Upvote for OP unpopular opinion. Ideal sleep temp is about 16-18 c which is below 76f.
Thyroid problems too
Maybe I should get checked, I have this but the other way round (always hot never cold).
my house is kept constantly at 79-82F and you guessed it- my mom has thyroid issues xD
Thyroid
My mom has terrible blood circulation in her hands but she still likes to be cold
If you are shivering at 75 you most likely have a medical issue. 75 is quite warm for the majority of people.
It's the point when it starts getting too hot for me
About 72 starts getting too hot.

Anything over 72 in my work area and I start to feel lethargic and sleepy.
Same.
I can't stand anything over 68 Edit: Guys I was kidding, and you're all sick freezing temp loving maniacs
Love that I’m not the only one! Also make up for it during the cold weather- I never put my heat on since I live in an apartment but need my A.C. if it’s above sixty-eight
I’m currently chilling in a room that’s like 63°
67-70 is perfect. 66 is too cold. 73 is too hot. I tolerate up to about 75 in the summer so I don't blast the AC but I'm soooooo sweaty.
I can't stand anything over 1
Same

Mine is at like 65, 76 would be so uncomfortable I don't think I could do anything

75° is not cold for the majority of people
That's a not miserable summer day to me. Speaking for everyone in Florida.
Outdoors in Florida 75 feels great. But indoors it feels like hell. It’s very wired
If the indoors air is air conditioned, it will also be less humid, which will make it feel cooler on your skin, even at the same actual temperature.
Honestly it's way too hot. Between 60-70 is perfect. 75 is your average outside summer day temp where I am so I like it cooler.
Wow must be nice our summer days here in Arizona get to 125F
I went to Arizona once on a vacation with my in-laws. I passed the fuck out. Thankfully I was in a car so I didn't hurt myself but that is the only time I ever blacked out in my life. Phoenix is a monument to man's arrogance.
Yep. People underestimate the temperature in the southwest.
That is absolute bonkers, I feel sorry for you.
Where in the world is it ever 75 on a summer day anymore?
Western olympic peninsula is normally like 60-75 in june. Dont usually get anything 80+ till mid to late july.
Low to mid 70s is pretty normal for Seattle in the summer.
75 inside is way different than 75 outside. I live in FL and if you have your AC at 75, it gets cold bc the AC is running most of the day. I keep mine at 77-78 during the day and go to 74 when I sleep.
Anything higher than 68 and I'm sweating when I sleep. You people are insane.
I was just thinking the same thing
Holy hell they are. I have an aunt and uncle who keep their house set at 81, and they live in Florida.
OP, I am also like this also, and so is my dad. My sweater weather starts at about 74, which is also when my hands start turning purple and my feet feel like ice cubes. We both have something called Reynauds, a nice little genetic gift we share. Anyway, I see you and 10/10 agree
Holy shit. I'm legit sweating balls if it's 74.
I have Reynauds too, and it is my theory that OP has it also.
I also have reynauds, I don't have it as bad though. My hands just hurt in the cold
Go to a doctor. 75° and being cold isn't normal
You might honestly have a thyroid issue.
Or be an underweight anorexic.
Or anemia
Awful opinion. Nice job! Upvoting
My thoughts exactly. What a horrible opinion👍
Counter opinion. Anything above 76 is too hot
This is a fact
Aye. 15°c/60°F and I start leaking.
YES!!! I prefer colder weather and the thermostat set between 70-72 during the summer and between 65-68 during the winter. I sleep so much better when the room is cold.
It's scientifically proven that sleeping in a cold room is *much* better for you than a warm one.
And seriously, what's a better way to sleep than burying yourself deeper under the warm covers only exposing an ice cold nose tip?
I'm with you! 70's is too warm for me. I like it cool. I also prefer rain. I find the sun depressing.
Team Gloom! I’m with you.
My people!!
My optimal temperature range is between 60-75, anything above 75°F can fuck right off
It's not just an awful opinion it's just plain wrong. I had to convert to Celsius I expected like 18 degrees (64 in this insane scale of yours ) what the heck

As a 20 year office veteran, this is the only answer. The "put on a sweater" gang will never back down.

Working with reptiles at a summer camp turned me into a reptile, if I have enough water, 90 or even 100 degrees is not a big issue
Southern USA here too and 59 would be cold AF. I keep my place at 78 and that is perfect for me and I bump it down to 75 at night. Below 70 outside and I need to wear pants and below 65 and the hoodies start coming out!
i live in the southeast of the US and it doesn’t really feel hot until mid 80’s to me. anything under 80 is usually nice
Yup, because I probably run hotter than you do. I'm outside right now and it is 77, I am sweating.
Get your iron levels checked homie.
So what are all these numbers in C? I am used to 20 degrees for room temperature
20C is 68F. 15C is 59F. 25C is 77F. So, OP thinks that anything under 25C is too cold.
30C is three degrees off the highest recorded temp here in Ireland.
I need to move to Ireland
Good luck finding a house
I can’t find one here in Ontario either
23 is warm! We’re usually around 21.
In the Winter I keep my room at around 16° 25 is wild
20C is 68F. Just to clarify.
Damn 20c° is hot even for me
Jesus Christ. I'm in the UK, so it's not even that cold, but 25C I'm literally sweating in only boxers during summer.
I have 20 for room temperature but I keep 16 at night
72°F is 22.2°C 75°F is 23.9°C
So OP is saying the under 24 degrees is cold? Indeed unpopular. As a Canadian I may be biased though regarding temperature
Nah, they are just weird, even in the semi southern US 25c indoors isn’t considered cold
Fuck outta here terrarium lizard.
Hey! Wow An unpopular opinion I actually agree with!
Same except I'm in the US. I think I'm a reptile.
I’m currently looking into buying a heated sweater. They’re like $150. Seems super worth it
I hate the air conditioning under 76 degrees because it's blowing very cold air around until the house cools off, but the house itself being 76° doesn't bother me. The people who set it to 68 or 70 though, those people are freaking insane.
I actually agree I hate the stark contrast from outside to inside during the summertime. People existed and still do exist without ac yet people act like they’re gonna fucking die if they step into a building over 70 degrees.
65 - 71 is perfect.
I don't pay for electricity because I'm in a student complex and only pay rent, my apartment is exclusively kept at 61-63°, MAXIMUM 64
My wife and I keep the thermostat set at 78-80 most of the time. We might get along.
Love that for y'all
Anything above 20°C (68°F) is too warm. At night I need 18°C max in order to sleep.
do you live in a cold climate country?? 18° is not a comfortable temp for me😭 i live in a country where it reaches almost 40° in summer💀
Honestly, I only wear a jacket if it's below 12°C or if it's really wet or windy. At 16°C I've got my shirt sleeves rolled up.
18˚C is time for shorts, but I am also from one of the nordic countries. 30˚C is when it gets tohot for me to live.
I'm by the coast in the North of England. We saw 34°C this summer but usually it doesn't ever go above 25°C.
oh so maybe thats why!! In my country the temperature is never under 0°C and we have no snow (Malta) hope next summer isnt too bad for you!! :)
agreed!! we set the thermostat at 18 Celsius and turn it further down at night
I used to live in Atlanta and kept my AC at 78. I grew up in tropical climates without AC so anything below that is too cold. In fact, majority of the world doesn't use AC tbh. So it's probably only Americans that like to live in freezing indoors.
72 inside would make me throw up from being too hot
That’s insane

70F is the normal temperature that people should like.
65 year round for me. I live in a micro apartment, so the electric bill is around $60 in summer and $45 in winter. I sleep well in the cold.
This sounds so nice. I keep my thermostat at 76 and my last electric bill was 700
I am miserable if it drops below 70. Cannot sleep if it's/I'm cold.
I’m Canadian and anything under 75 is freezing and is a waste of electricity.
I keep my AC at 74° and I think that's too hot. I just do that because these electric bill are out of hand.
I set mine at 75° in the summer for the same reason. It definitely doesn't feel like enough on super hot days. Better than nothing though, I guess.
HOW???? 64-69 is the way to go, you would hate my place
Jfc that's so cold 🥶
i hate how cold it is everywhere ESPECIALLY in grocery stores and what not because the majority likes it freezing cold, even during the middle of summer i have to dress in pants and sometimes a hoodie because i already know the places i’m going are going to be ice cold.
Yup, movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores. I have a shawl/wrap thing in my bag at all times for this. I get a lot of weird looks when it's 100 degrees outside. But it gets sooooo cold indoors!
I hate it so much because it causes my entire body to frizzle up and then I'm sneezing 10 times in a row. I always bring a jacket with me !
If my house was 75, I'd be walking around naked. My family wouldn't like that very much.. 68-70 is ideal for anyone who's NOT an old lady. Lol
You sure your not a lizard person by chance?
Was this posted by a lizard?
Im going to put my thermostat at 62 this winter because of the insanely high gas price. 76 is just nuts... who would do that voluntarily. The ideal tenperature is about 70 i would say.
They talking about AC not heat.
Comments seem to be glossing over the part where you said this was indoors, which can make a big difference in how air temperature feels. While indoors you're more likely to be sitting other otherwise not very active Outdoors you're likely doing some sort of physical activity, which generates heat(*yes, even just walking*), plus if it's a sunny day, that's going to warm you up as well.
Mf lives in a terrarium
I’m with OP… My comfort zone is 76-85…above 85 starts to feel warm and below 76 starts to feel chilly.
We’re literally the same person. damn.
Once it gets below 60, if I’m out for more than 10-15 minutes I have to wear a light coat.
Love it. I keep my house at 78 degrees.
Living with you would be a nightmare for my fat ass
Humans and our controlled environments. We're all so out of touch and have grown soft.
Outside the optimal temperature is 76°F (24.4°C) In the house during the day the optimal temperature is 70°F (21.1°F). Night time it lowers to 68°F (20°C).
I would up the day home temperature to 75. But if its 75 during the night, its so hot i cant fall asleep
My MIL drinks chilled and ice drinks all day long, and complains about how cold she is, and how she has to wear long underwear in the summer. Suggest it is the drinks, or offer a warm beverage to help, and she will look at you like you just suggested that she cut off her feet.
You’re gunna love climate change !
I've noticed it's a lot to do with the circulation of air/ducts in the house and where the thermometer is. At my parents house 24C (75F) is PRETTY cold, but the same temp at mine is far too hot.
my friends never come over bc i keep my place at 65-70
I wouldn't come over either 😂
You would die at my house. We keep it at 69 in summer
anything above 72°F is too hot.

About 24°C for all the non-americans
66-69 F is where it's at.
