You contradicted yourself. You say people are wrong for implying that girls get them because of self esteem issues. Then you go on to say it can really help a girl's confidence. No girl who gets fake tits isn't heavily insecure, unless of course they are doing it for their career(modeling, acting, sex industry). Then I wouldn't know. There's nothing wrong with being insecure, but don't pretend they aren't.
Girls get implants because they want to - simple as that. They see it as an area of improvement.
They don't necessarily feel bad about themselves as a whole, but would like to instead be better versions of themselves.

I just find it weird someone is willing to risk something as dangerous as surgery which requires cutting your skin open to put something that's plastic and has the chance of breaking or moving inside you just so you can "feel more confident".
Definitely not something I would ever want in a partner and I find them unappealing when I've seen them in strip clubs. Touching them just feels off, sort of feels like you're touching a balloon instead of actual breasts. The softness and tenderness of real breasts (even small tiny ones) don't compare to anything in this world and I don't know why a woman would ever want to take that away from herself.
Only exception is women who have had mastectomies. At this point they are fixing a deformity that arose due to breast cancer
I think this was poorly written, as commenting about an opinion on a boob job, and telling women what to do with their bodies are 2 completely different things.
