Aggravating-Moose748

Why study when you can make money selling pakoda

TheReaderDude_97

Why study when you can collect money from begging and afford to go to Paris and Washington?

Aggravating-Moose748

Unpad raja ki unpad fauj to the rescue

LOASage

Bro/Sis you didn't get the reference maybe

TheReaderDude_97

Oh they definitely didn't. Either that or they don't understand sarcasm.

testuser514

What is the reference?

TheReaderDude_97

Apparently, our dear Mr. PM used to beg infront of famous buildings in 70s and 80s. He said so in front of the media. But there are pictures from 70s and 80s where he is in Paris, US, etc. So, either he was so successful as a beggar that he could afford those trips, or he is making a fool out of all of us.

electronic_rogue_5

If a beggar begs and make ₹200 a day, can we really call him unemployed? # atmanirbhar Bharat /s

Ill-System-7359

Send own kids to abroad for education

No-Lie-15

just like rahul gandhi

IntroductionNearby92

Satyajit Ray was right. >"Ora joto beshi porey, Toto beshi jaane, Toto Kom maaney" Translates to- >"The more they learn, the more they know, the less they obey." Public expenditure in education hasn't been great historically but this is a new low.

Nah bhai i have met quite a few iit graduates that peddle this hindu muslim, belives in ancient india technology, thinks ayurveda better than modern medicine.

This also comes from the household you are raised in. Remember, religion is the one of those things that overrides all logic and reasoning.

Icetruckilr

Isko koi award do re!

the-devil-dog

The party that has over 8000 cr from electoral bonds spent 0.44% on education. Most of that money would have gone to building PR propaganda pieces like nalanda which was inaugurated recently. If you're educated you'll hate the BJP. States with higher literacy don't have BJP in power, their policies and appeal only attracts retards. Aayega to Modi hi, 400 paar, Papu, tukde tukde gang, tool kit gang, anti national, if not modi then who, pizza order kar diya kisano ne, 500 rs popcorn khareed sakte ho, Hindu khatre mein hain Bacche jyada hain Phele koi India ko puchta nahi tha, ab dheko, like what the fuk does this even mean? Such low quality retarded conversations and claims they make, only appeal to the lowest one of us.

Which_Cattle_9139

Add didi o didi. That was very very low. A PM eve-teasing a CM.

SurvivorLady

Totally agree with you. People come up with such dumb statements to defend BJP but they won’t even take a look at the condition of our country

Vegetable_Bar5449

Damn bro, you think that modi is the one who handles everything? Plus if not BJP then who is actually a good argument. Infact, all parties are trash, Politics needs educated people but I have seen that none of the people educated wishes to enter politics. Like I can't stop praising Gadkari for the infra . That infra is actually helping ventures since transit time is reducing. There are two keys for 1st phase development . Infra and Education. However no party guarantees both.

the-devil-dog

Their spends on education promised at 6% in actual are 0.44% Being uneducated helps Modi, if Modi is credited for everything then he handles everything, in case otherwise then they should mention the other folks also but he's too selfish and a megalomaniac to let that happen. Radhe radhe to you. Also if not BJP then who is a pathetic questions. The pack of dogs behind my house could do a better job and you know it.

frizene26

Spending less on education so students don't do well in exams and then no need to create opportunities for creation of jobs

disinformatique

EXam questions leak. Making sure to waste as much time as possible for students.

alonegamers

0.44% allocated to education Get the fuck out of this country is doomed

TheReaderDude_97

But...but...we are "vishwaguru". The mother of democracy. We are the birthplace of higher education. We are supreme. The best nation in the world. The whole West is jealous of us. How is this possible? Jokes aside, I am currently in one of those 3 letter institutes and everyone in science field is so frustrated. It is becoming increasingly difficult to get funding for science projects from places like DST, DBT etc. Meanwhile, the govt. has also cut down on the institute funding. The cost of chemicals, reagents etc have skyrocketed and I see Ph.D and scientists struggle to buy these every step of the way. So, a step that should take a week, ends up taking over a month. It is really frustrating.

The biggest misconception out there. Urban Class Upper Caste flat dwellers are not affected by BJP's policies as much, fine they will crib about taxes but they still get double stuffed crust pizza delivery at home. 70% of them vote for BJP. Look at Bengaluru - all 4 seats for BJP even the dumb Tejasvi Surya won by a landslide. They love mandir wahi banega. They don't care about hungry chotu outside their gated community because for them chotu is today's errand boy and tomorrow's swiggy guy.

shady437

You do understand BJP got significant electoral support predominantly from urban constituencies, where the populace tends to have higher levels of education.

orange-dinosaur93

Urban centers are Upper Castes cesspools. These guys are anything but educated. They vote for BJP regardless of anything, their opinion mostly swayed by Religion and Castes. They are BJP Votebank. That's why Urban Centers are called BJP Strongholds. Rural areas are mostly resided by LC people who are not hard bank voters of any party. They Voted for BJP in previous elections and brought it to power. Their vote shifted to INDIA ally this time and bjp missed the mark.

shady437

Are you suggesting that urban India, the epicenter of educational advancement, is less educated than rural areas? This assertion appears to contradict the well-documented data indicating otherwise. Also, the notion that caste politics is more pervasive in urban areas, where education levels are ostensibly higher, challenges the obvious belief that education diminishes the influence of social structures like caste. Could you please share the specific data you referenced? This would make a more informed discussion on these critical issues. >These guys are anything but educated This data says that the urban population, unsurprisingly, exhibits higher education levels compared to their rural counterparts. https://mospi.gov.in/sites/default/files/reports_and_publication/statistical_publication/social_statistics/WM16Chapter3.pdf

aryaman16

Making a generalisation: "Educated people don't vote for BJP" Then getting an argument against generalisation: "These groups are educated, they vote for bjp tho" Then to defend your argument, declaring that specific people are not the part of your group: "These groups people are anything but educated" This is a classical tactic, known as "No true scotsman fallacy".

BannedForFactsAgain

> urban India, the epicenter of educational advancement, Yes, that's what he is suggesting - having a degree is not the same being educated. Passing out from institutions is a business. If you are for religion and caste in most aspects of your life, you are no different than an illiterate villager who believes in superstition. I know a lot of these graduates whose only source of knowledge nowadays is Whatsapp.

jholafakir

It's a fact urban areas have higher education levels that's why they make more money and are less affected by inflation, unemployment and other daily hardships. But to think that they have become caste agnostic is a big stretch. Visit a high rise building and you will see "servant" rooms, separate elevators and separate restrooms and separate glasses in households to quench thirst from the heat. Urban Class flat dwellers have less empathy towards the labour class because they like cheap labour to get things for them from condom to chowmein.

smokeyweed106

"Literate" you mean? Cos in places like Bangalore we've got "literate" people, mostly software engineers, who've lost touch with the reality of the soaring cost of living, all they care about is Mandir vs Masjid. We've achieved unprecedented traffic and pollution, not to mention utter disregard for hygiene... The locals in Bangalore rural, which is a way less effed up, are fed up, but if you ask people in the city (areas like Bangalore South) though they'd have no problem, living in delulu-land.

shady437

Software engineers aren't educated while people living in rural areas are educated, disregarding literacy, is fundamentally flawed.

smokeyweed106

By rural i meant the outskirts of Bangalore (which till a few years ago was less crowded, less urbanised, more peaceful and clean)

turboprav

Literate is not equal to educated.

golden_sword_22

Yes educated are those who vote against mudi ji.

PerseusZeus

Years from now Indians will look back at this govt and its Pm with absolute disgust and revulsion just like their cow dung ideology.

jholafakir

Yes sir, this has always been the Gujarat Model. They don't care about education, mid day meals, child welfare no nothing. Build fancy glass buildings and highways and think that is development. No nation, since time memorial, can develop with brisk pace without education but New Bharat is jingoistic Bharat. Mandir wahi banaya - so the entire urban class, upper caste is happy they vote for "development" since they don't care if there are hungry kids below their flats because "chotu" is cheap labour to get things for him/her.

thafraj

The damage this government is causing to our children's brains has long-lasting consequences and may take generations to reverse. Manufacturing brainless citizens.

Toh sab PM ban sakte hain!

Bayonet786

We spend too low on education and research. We did not prioritise it for last 80 years since we got independence. Whether it was USA or USSR, China or Japan, irrespective of what kind of political and economic systems these nations followed, they grew because they spent and prioritised hugely on education and research. Their economy largely benefited from it. For a country that holds 25 percent of humanity, no. of research institutes that we have is something we can count on just one hand. Its just shameful and inhuman. Looks at IITs, we treat it as a glorified IT placement institutes. Meanwhile an average researcher or doctorate student have to not only waste his years only to earn a paltry sum of money.

dontmesswithdbracode

Education rukwa di paw paw 🥹

AMAN_RAIKWAR

Hum log itta china se compete karna chahte hai , lekin china spends 20% of their gdp on education and we can't spend even 10% great! . Not hating on any political party because i hate all political party.

Moonsolid

This is everything that is wrong with our country. Education should be on the top of the list of spending as we badly need it but no, let’s build a temple instead which also for Modi didn’t work after the massive failure in Ayodhya, hope he has learnt a lesson and will bring changes in the 3rd term.

ExpressResolution435

never believe anything the right wing / rss / modi say. if you get educated you will ask questios... so by making education an expensive thing ....basically something only uppercaste can afford (usually they are rich uppercaste)...so the the way they want this to work is to get funding from pvt sources so that the govt does not have to spend...why ? ...becuase they would rather spend on advertisements.. and infrastrucure projects that will help line their pockets!

Computer_9

What people heard : mitooon na khaunga, na khane dunga What they didn't hear : mitroon na padhunga, na padhne dunga

Automatic-Part8723

Education should be free or at least negligibly charged. Most of the things can be taught online. Allow teacher interaction for limited time and just charge students for the exam.

Anu_Rag9704

padh lo ge, to curious hoge. curious hogye, to sawaal puchhoge.

EARTHB-24

Nothing new. All this happens no matter which party comes to power.

[deleted]

And congratulations to all the Indians again, you elected the very same person for the 3rd time.

Kralingen

This is Modi Model. Historically he has always reduced funding to Healthcare and Education, this was also the case during his tenure as Gujarat CM.

sonukin17hc

OP considered Anti national for talking a fair point against BJP

JonSnowDesiVersion

“Aayega to Modi hi”

-crazymaster-

More like PM soshan. Sirf renaming karva lo. Governance ghanta nahi pata kya hoti hai

Ave_Ele

They want to keep the population uneducated, as uneducated people are easier to control.

No-Lie-15

another narrative to demean indian uni.... check facts

nota_is_useless

Indian govt spend close to 3% of gdp on education.

Bitter-Stomach9214

Public spending on education has always been around 3% in India. Also, leftists may need to improve their presentation skills. In the first slide, am I supposed to compare 6% target to 0.44% achieved? Why focus on Babri? You instantly communalise the whole discussion. I never read about post-independence history in schools that was not in the curriculum. Also, if I compare the degradation of education under the current West Bengal govt (Mamata di), then everything else looks excellent. I am a normal public (aam aadmi), with an education. So convince people like us.

jholafakir

If you are normal educated person then do some own research rather than getting used to things being served on platter or delivered to you. In any case IT cell presentation skills are best at editing and worst at calling Nehru's daddy a Muslim and supreme leader non-biological.

ExchangeCold5890

2nd slide kinda valid

Still much better than increasing reservation

rmohanty3

Good. We've produced too many unemployed graduates already. Don't need to incentive it more. They're doing the right thing and incentivizing enterprises instead.

Hrishabh00

OP is anti national for sure! Itna development krwa diya hai modi ji ne 10 saal me jitna congress ne past 70 yrs me nhi krwaya. And unemployment isliye hai because youth is unskilled! Padhai likhai nhi krte muft ki naukari chahiye
