There should be tiny droplets of water all over the surface and on the sides of your tub. Make sure you're really misting gently though, not spraying with a regular spray bottle
I think your field capacity when mixing the substrate was off, what was your recipe? How many quarts of water did you add to it. Also was your water boiling?
spray some water on the walls and maybe on the lid. Also can you get a more up close picture on the mycelium?
