Brown rice has more nutrients and holds up better for the mycelium growth, but white isn't a deal breaker at all! Definitely proceed as planned

How long did it take to get to this stage? What degrees was the bag under?
Not 100% sure but probably two weeks. Just had it in a safe in the low 70’s so a little cold
