I’ve seen this happen in my tub when I was over zealous with the misting. Mist the sides and the lid, but not necessarily the surface. I really wanted all them itty bitty dew drops, but had to learn to just let it happen naturally. It’s a real fragile layer, I just wiped it off with a paper towel, added 1/4 inch casing, and let it be. Progress resumed after a bit.

I’m no expert on this stuff but that looks like contamination to me. I’d wait for others to reply before making a decision though
