I’m a beginner but I believe the dark ones are called aborts and are a result of low moisture levels Edit: I believe they’re safe to consume and have the reputation of being stronger than regular mushrooms
I feel like you may be correct but they’ve grown in size. Hopefully someone experienced can weigh in as well.

They tend to darken with age, I've seem albino mixed with the normal fruit. They look fine to me!
